It appears that Charles McGonigal, the disgraced former New York FBI Counterintelligence Chief arrested recently for taking bribes from Russian oligarch, Oleg Deripaska was in charge of the actual office that was monitoring Hunter Biden’s business dealings with CCP spy and CEFC Communist China Energy Vice Chairman, Patrick Ho.
Hunter recorded himself describing Ho as Communist China’s “Spy Chief” during a phone call that he archived on the infamous Laptop from Hell. Ho paid Hunter roughly $1 million to represent him as his lawyer while he was under surveillance by McGonigal’s FBI Counterintelligence Division office in New York.
As fate would have it, both Patrick Ho and Charles McGonigal would each eventually be arrested by the disgraced FBI at JFK Airport, Ho in 2017 and McGonigal a couple of weeks ago.
When Patrick Ho was arrested in November of 2017, he called Joe Biden’s little brother, Jimmy Biden, who later told The New York Times that he believed that the call had been meant for Hunter, who was his lawyer.
Garrett Ziegler, Founder of the Marco Polo Research Group and a Biden laptop archivist calls this admission by Jimmy Biden “Insane, because it’s clearly illegal, in that they’re violating the FARA [Foreign Agents Registration Act].” Ziegler says it’s also ironic, because the disgraced FBI raided Rudy Giuliani’s apartment in an effort to prove that Giuliani violated FARA – which he didn’t – meanwhile, the Biden Crime Family has been flagrantly violating FARA with zero repercussions.
Ziegler says there’s evidence of another FARA violation memorialized on the Laptop from Hell when Patrick Ho’s other attorneys called Hunter on the day after Ho’s arrest, asking Hunter if he could tell them which FBI agents he had spoken with on Ho’s behalf.
CEFC Communist China Energy was one of the main exponents of Xi Jinping’s Belt and Road initiative, which seeks to indebt African and Central Asian countries with infrastructure projects that fall apart before they can even go online. The now defunct CEFC, which was once a Fortune 500 company collapsed under the weight of it own corruption and it was taken over by the Government of Shanghai in March of 2018.
Ziegler says, “McGonigal would have been negligent if he didn’t know about this case. I think it’s for sure that he knew about this case, was involved in the FISA applications to surveil Ho and I guess the only open question is if Hunter spoke to him directly on November 17th, 2017.”
