‘Pooping Perpetrator’ Sought By Florida Police After Defecating Inside Restaurant

Florida police are seeking to arrest a man being referred to as the “pooping perpetrator.”

Video shared online by the Fort Myers Police Department showed a man inside Joe’s Crab Shark climbing inside a window of the restaurant at approximately 2:30 a.m. on Jan. 21.

According to Florida police, the unidentified suspect broke and stole several items, including alcohol, from the restaurant before defecating on the floor before leaving.
The man reportedly also stole a Joe’s Crab Shack hat off a shelf and wore it around the restaurant.

The Fort Myers Police Department shared photos and video of the incident on Facebook, which garnered plenty of comments.

“Can you obtain forensic DNA from what he “left behind”? Paula Haggerty Mitchell asked.

“I don’t know who I feel sorry for the owner who had things stolen or the poor officers who were lucky enough to find what he did on floor. Maybe I’m getting too old I keep thinking nothing surprises me anymore but guess I was wrong. How repulsive. Sorry everyone,” Barbara Mannino Raschella commented.

“Come on Southwest Florida let’s help Bust the Poopin Thief!” James Calabrese commented.

“His mistake was he forgot to cover his face But the real mistake is he shouldn’t of broke in,” Johnson Dale commented.
