Exclusive: America’s Frontline Doctors Leader, Dr. Simone Gold, Files Countersuit Against Board Member’s Allegations of Theft and Corruption – Press Conference Reveals Shocking Details!

America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) has been a beacon of hope for many during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Led by Dr. Simone Gold, the organization has been at the forefront of challenging the broken COVID prevention strategy pushed by the medical establishment and providing access to affordable treatments such as hydroxychloroquine as a life-saving medication for COVID-19.

However, it seems that the organization is now facing internal turmoil. A fellow AFLDS board member, Joseph Gilbert, has filed a lawsuit against Dr. Gold, alleging that she held “no officer, director, or other official management role with AFLDS” after February 2022 and yet continued to “represent herself as the founder and public voice of AFLDS.” Gilbert has also alleged other malfeasance.

But Dr. Gold is not taking these allegations lying down. In response to Gilbert’s lawsuit, she has filed a countersuit against him, alleging that he engaged in theft and corruption in an Ultra Vires Hostile Takeover. The preliminary injunction for the case is set for January 25th.

Dr. Gold held a press conference on Sunday to address the allegations and provide her side of the story. “AFLDS remains in pursuit of its mission to provide the public with accurate and independent information related to science, medicine, and civil liberties,” she said. “The facts are clear and fully documented, and we are confident the legal process will fully exonerate Dr. Gold as AFLDS’ President and courageous leader and allow AFLDS to continue its critical mission of saving lives and preserving our civil liberties,” added attorney Jose Jimenez.

It is important to note that the allegations made by Gilbert have already been dismissed. Dr. Gold and AFLDS have been leaders in the fight against COVID misinformation and providing treatments that the mainstream does not want people to have access to. The American left and mainstream media mercilessly trashed these good doctors, and the tech giants and Big Pharma blocked their content from the internet.
