Harris Teeter stores in the District will have some more requirements and limitations for customers starting Wednesday.
In a statement to DC News Now, the grocery store chain said that it will be launching “improved safety measures” at its D.C. stores starting April 24.
Customers will have to show their receipts as they leave. Stores will also prohibit “suitcases, duffel bags, oversized backpacks and roller bags,” the statement said.
