A 93-year-old Second Amendment patriot has responded after shooting a violent home intruder, noting that the suspect came to “a gunfight with a pocket knife.”
This from slaynews.com.
Homeowner Joe Howard Teague said a group of intruders invaded his home in Moreno Valley, California, shortly after midnight Wednesday.
Teague said he shot one of the suspects and added that “he didn’t quite make it.”
In an ABC News video, Teague explains what led up to the shooting.
Teague indicated more than one suspect was trying to break into his home and he grabbed his gun and:
[A]pproached them to put them under citizen’s arrest.
We’re glad Joe is safe!
In a dangerous world, the Second Amendment saves lives.

He called 911 at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday to let the police know he was holding the suspects at gunpoint.
Deputies arrived to find that one of the suspects, 33-year-old Joseph A. Ortega, had been shot.
Investigators indicate there were, in fact, “several individuals” on Teague’s property when Ortega was shot.
However, Teague scared off the would-be thief’s accomplices, according to authorities.
Teague was questioned by police, then released.
Final thought: Coming across stories such as this is encouraging to say the least. It seems everywhere out there across Our once-great Nation there are great people among us striving to live unaffected by the efforts of the democrat-communist cabal.
It’s people like Mr. Teague here and Future Owner of the MSM, Kyle Rittenhouse and many others that let We the People know we will succeed, we will Take Back Our Nation.
Thank you, Joe Howard Teague for the encouragement you have given us.
God speed to the powers of right and true.
And may God and our hard work save America.
