Remember the days when the high school choir would sing modern pop songs and old-school spirituals? Well, those days are long gone.
The chorus at New Fairfield High School in Connecticut drew outrage after they were ordered by sing a song about George Floyd.
The song was exposed by Mason Cipriani, a graduate of New Fairfield and a correspondent for Campus Reform.
Andrew Gadwah is the chorus director and he’s forcing the kids to sing about Floyd’s death and the Black Lives Matter riots that ensued back in 2020.
