A report on internal Homeland Security documents suggested the Biden administration isn’t merely failing to uphold the law regarding illegal aliens, “By their own admission, they’re breaking the law.”
The ongoing failures of President Joe Biden’s White House to address the border crisis only appeared worse in recent months as greater exposure was brought to a Department of Homeland Security-led (DHS) flight scheme shuttling foreign nationals directly into the United States.
Now, after a subpoena from the House Homeland Security Committee revealed where those illegals were being transported, it was also made clear they were “by definition, inadmissible…”
“Internal DHS data reveals the 45+ U.S. cities that hundreds of thousands of migrants have flown into via the Biden administration’s controversial ‘CHNV’ mass parole program,” wrote Fox News national correspondent Bill Melugin on X as shared details provided to the outlet by the committee.
“The DHS data shows that during an 8 month stretch from January through August 2023, roughly 200,000 migrants flew into the U.S. via the program, with 80% of them, (161,562) arriving in the state of Florida in four cities: Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando, & Tampa,” he added indicating the top 15 cities were, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, New York City, Houston, Orlando, Los Angeles, Tampa, Dallas, San Francisco, Atlanta, Newark, Washington, D.C., Chicago, Las Vegas and Austin.

Of course, the flights arranged through the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) One app that raised alarm over the potential of terrorists getting ferried into the country courtesy of the federal government, were brought DHS to admit that they were facilitating the presence of illegal aliens in the United States.
In response to the subpoena, Homeland Security specified, “All individuals paroled into the United States are, by definition, inadmissible, including those paroled under the CHNV (Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans) processes.”
“What they’re essentially saying is that the laws passed by Congress have said that these people are inadmissible, and so they created a program to try to get around those laws,” Melugin cited Homeland Security Committee chair Tennessee Rep. Mark Green (R). “The thing is, they don’t have the authority to create such a program. By their own admission, they’re breaking the law.”
A statement from the congressman also noted, “These documents expose the egregious lengths Secretary Mayorkas will go to ensure inadmissible aliens reach every corner of the country, from Orlando and Atlanta to Las Vegas and San Francisco.”
“Secretary Mayorkas’ CHNV parole program is an unlawful sleight of hand used to hide the worsening border crisis from the American people. Implementing a program that allows otherwise inadmissible aliens to fly directly into the U.S. — not for significant public benefit or urgent humanitarian reasons as the Immigration and Nationality Act mandates — has been proven an impeachable offense,” contended Green.
The revelations around the Biden flights, said to be funded by sponsors of the foreign nationals and not directly by taxpayer dollars, prompted lawsuits from red state executives, including Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis. His press secretary Jeremy Redfern told Fox News, “Biden’s parole program is unlawful, and constitutes an abuse of constitutional authority. Florida is currently suing Biden to shut it down, and we believe that we will prevail.”
Now, with roughly 1.6 million foreign nationals said to be awaiting approval to be flown into the U.S. as of Oct. 2023, the public could not help but rail against the seemingly obvious disparities in treatment of the Biden administration when compared to that of former President Donald Trump.

Not funded by taxpayers?
They’re likely mostly funded by NGO sponsors, who get large amounts of money – which is fungible – from government. Taxpayers.
