A gloomy vision for Gaza’s future is reportedly in the works, as officials from the Trump administration team up with Israeli genocidal strategists to explore post-conflict real estate opportunities. According to a recent report by The Washington Post, this ambitious plan involves the temporary relocation of Gaza’s entire population to pave the way for luxury tourism and cutting-edge technology development. This ethnic cleansing initiative, dubbed the Gaza Reconstitution, Economic Acceleration and Transformation Trust (GREAT Trust), offers landowners the possibility of acquiring digital tokens in exchange for redevelopment rights. These tokens are presented as a means for individuals to finance a fresh start elsewhere or secure apartments in one of the six to eight planned AI-driven ‘smart cities’ within Gaza.

The GREAT TRUST
The proposal recommends dividing Gaza’s land into digital tokens, which will be recorded on a blockchain. These tokens would signify partial ownership and could be exchanged in secondary markets. Investors would have the opportunity to buy these tokens, with the funds generated being allocated for real estate development. The “Trump’s Rviera Token” couldn’t be more timely, especially considering that the Trump family recently dove into the cryptocurrency realm, with Eric Trump joining forces with his brother, Donald Trump Jr., and the Nasdaq-listed Hut 8 to create American Bitcoin, a initiative introduced in March and set to trade in September, which aims to position itself as the largest Bitcoin miner globally, and to accumulate a strategic reserve of Bitcoin.
In February, Trump announced his imperialist and colonising political project, outlining his intention to take charge of the redevelopment of Gaza, opening new land-grabbing opportunities for a group of unscrupulous Israeli business leaders, under a consortium led by Israeli American entrepreneur Michael Eisenberg and former Israeli military intelligence officer Liran Tancman. These men are part of a group that handed over the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) initiative to its executors, resulting in countless civilian deaths and a reported famine in Gaza confirmed by the IPC on August 22. This shameless genocide profiteers also turned their attention to the postwar challenges, working alongside international financial planners from the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), potential government and private investors, and some Palestinian stakeholders, according to the WP report. Under this proposal, the two million residents of Gaza would receive cash payments ($5,000), food support, and four years of rent assistance if they choose (or are forced) to relocate. Interestingly, in July, Reuters reported on an exclusive proposal outlining large-scale ‘Humanitarian Transit Areas’ for Palestinians located in and outside of the Gaza Strip, where, according to the report, the population could “temporarily reside, deradicalise, re-integrate and prepare to relocate if they wish to do so.”
The disturbing 38-page plan suggests establishing Gaza as a US-administered trusteeship for at least ten years. During the proposed takeover period, the area is envisioned as a thriving hub for high-tech manufacturing and a desirable destination for tourists interested in vacationing in Trump’s “Riviera of the Middle East,” whilst sipping a glass of champagne on top of a graveyard, where countless innocent Palestinian children, women and men are still buried.

Trump is insane.
He posted this video on Truth Social depicting the remaking of the destruction of Gaza into some new condo resort for Trump and his Zionist allies. It also has an AI depiction of him and Netanyahu sunbathing on the beach. Disgusting.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has issued a strong condemnation of the recently revealed secret proposal from the Trump administration regarding this possible U.S.-Israeli takeover of Gaza. The Council describes the plan as a U.S.-Israeli seizure of Gaza and a large-scale appropriation of Palestinian land via a digital token scheme. CAIR characterises this initiative as morally reprehensible and illegal according to international law, asserting that it would constitute a war crime of historical scale, potentially igniting generations of conflict and permanently tarnishing America’s legacy….

Gaza: Trump’s plan to turn it into a US-run ‘Riviera’ takes shape
A 38-page document circulating within the Trump administration and revealed by the Washington Post on Sunday, August 31, plans to relocate the entire population of the Palestinian territory, which would be placed under US administration for ten years, to transform it into a tourist and technology hub. A project consistent with the ethnic cleansing plan presented by the White House tenant last February.
While he has become less vocal in recent months, Trump’s dream of turning Gaza into the “Riviera of the Middle East,” with ethnic cleansing as the key, remains alive. The US “post-war” plan circulating within the administration was revealed on Sunday, August 31, by the Washington Post.
The 38-page document, seen by the newspaper, plans to relocate the entire population of the Palestinian territory, which would be placed under US administration for ten years to transform it into a tourist and technological centre.
Similar to Donald Trump’s statements last February, later relayed in a scandalous AI-generated video, the plan envisages the “voluntary” displacement of Gaza’s approximately two million inhabitants to other countries or to secure areas within the territory devastated by nearly two years of war, while it is rebuilt. Those who agree to leave would receive $5,000 in cash as well as assistance covering four years of rent and one year of food.
A plan for ethnic cleansing
Landowners, meanwhile, would be offered “digital tokens” to be used to finance their lives elsewhere or exchanged for an apartment in one of the six to eight new “smart, AI-powered cities” to be built in Gaza. “The plan estimates that each individual departure from Gaza would save $23,000, compared to the cost of temporary housing and what it calls ‘life support’ services in secure areas for those who remain,” the newspaper said.
The Palestinian territory would be placed for 10 years under the administration of an entity called the Gaza Reconstitution, Economic Acceleration and Transformation Trust, or GREAT Trust, according to the plan, which, according to the Washington Post, was developed by some of the Israelis behind the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF).
This same private organisation, supported by Israel and the United States and authorised by the government of Benjamin Netanyahu, distributes food aid in Gaza in centres near which many Palestinians have died and where others have been victims of enforced disappearances, according to independent experts mandated by the UN Human Rights Council.
This project may have been the subject of the meeting held at the White House last week, from which nothing has been leaked except the development of a “very comprehensive plan,” according to the US president’s special envoy, Steve Witkoff. It was held in the presence of former British Prime Minister Tony Blair and Donald Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, who, the Washington Post points out, “has significant private interests in the region.”
“Funded by public and private investment in what it calls ‘megaprojects,’ ranging from electric vehicle factories and data centres to beachfront resorts and apartment buildings,” the newspaper said, the project could yield big returns for investors. “The plan calls for a nearly quadruple return on a $100 billion investment after 10 years, with continued self-generated revenue streams,” the newspaper said.
Hailed by the Israeli far right last February and applauded by Benjamin Netanyahu, Donald Trump’s project was condemned by Arab countries and most Western countries, with the UN warning of “ethnic cleansing” in Gaza, where more than 63,000 people, mostly civilians, have already been killed.
