The Digital Noose to Track, Trace and Database Every Citizen of the United States is Accelerating with Breakneck Speed

The Patriot Act was pushed through speedily after 911 because everybody was frightened of terrorists. People gave up their privacy for the sake of safety. When Covid arrived, people were again frightened. Operation Warp Speed with the Covid shot was fast-tracked without the usual safety studies “in order to save the millions of lives that were predicted to die from Covid 19.”

Recently the same fear tactics and fast-tracking have been used to push through several initiatives to build huge AI data centers and expand data collection and tracking. On July 4^th to celebrate the freedom of our country President Trump signed “The Big Beautiful Bill” and “The Genius Act” was singed on July 18^th. July 23^rd President Trump signed an Executive Order called “Accelerating Federal Permitting of Data Center Infrastructure.” August 31^st President Trump announced his latest initiative, “Making Health Technology Great Again” (July 23, 2025)

When I observe the fast tracking of legislation, I want to investigate the reasons for the rush. There are two old adages: “haste makes waste” and “before you take down a fence find out why the fence was put up in the first place.” These are sound words of wisdom we should live by. Have we not learned from the recent past? The Operation Warp Speed Covid mRNA shot was rushed through development without adequate safety studies and ended up killing people instead of saving them. The Patriot Act was rushed through out of fear after 911. We ended up trading our right to privacy for protection. My gut reaction to fast tracked legislation is, “Wait a minute, slow down.” We need to learn from past mistakes before we create another solution that causes more harm than good. Another platitude also applies, “Sometimes the road to hell is paved with good intentions.”

The Big Beautiful Bill (BBB) accelerated the building of massive AI data centers. The BBB originally had a clause with a ten-year moratorium on states being able to implement AI safety regulations. After the outcry from citizens and elected officials alike, it was removed from the final version of the BBB and signed into law by President Trump. We thought we were victorious but, wait a minute, shortly after our “victory” President Trump on July 23rd signed an “Executive Order AI Action Plan” which proposed limiting federal funding to states with AI regulations deemed burdensome to innovation[1].

It has also been reported that there could be a push in Congress for the moratorium provision to reappear in another legislative vehicle, such as the upcoming National Defense Bill.

President Trump’s executive order AI Action Plan also lifted permitting regulations that might slow down the construction of these massive data centers.

One way or another President Trump wants these AI data centers to be built pronto without restrictions and oversight.

Because of these fast-track deregulation actions taken by the President it appears to me that there is a political alliance between big tech and the Trump administration as they work together to clear away any regulatory limits on the tech industry. That should concern us.

What is the real purpose of the AI data centers and tracking technology? Why are many people concerned? What’s the rush?

These enormous AI data centers will be connected to Starlink. Starlink is connected to the “Internet of Things,” which will track, collect, store and monitor massive amounts of information on law abiding citizens. You will be tracked wherever you drive, shop, whatever you buy, your smart appliances, Smart meters, energy usage, your health information and medical records, your financial information, your every move, etc. It will all be collected and stored in these AI data centers and can be shared nationwide.

What were the tactics and reasons given to fast track these initiatives?

1. Fear: We were told that the government needs the AI data centers in order to round up all the illegal aliens, especially the dangerous terrorists that were let into our country during the Biden administration. But wait a minute, aren’t they rounding them up right now without the use of these massive data centers?

 

2. We were told that these data centers are needed for us to keep pace technologically with China. But wait a minute, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) uses these AI data centers to spy on and control their citizens. The data centers collect their daily actions, transactions, twitter posts, health records, everything and use this information to assign social credit scores. The Chinese people are controlled by the CCP. They cannot buy, trade, sell or travel without a good social credit score. The CCP is also using the AI data centers to replace doctors and other professionals. China has the first hospital totally run by AI. They named the hospital “Agent.” The name the CCP gave the hospital is ominous in and of itself.

 

The launch of an electronic health tracking system called “Making Health Technology Great Again” just happened as I was writing this opinion piece. Apple, Google, Samsung, Amazon, OpenAI, Anthropic, Epic, Oracle, Athena Health, and Noom are a few of the big tech companies that will be involved in setting up a centralized national health record database. “That’s not a bad group of people,” the President said. Making Health technology Great Again/MHTGA will make medical record sharing possible nationwide.

MHGTA will also incorporate AI to diagnose patients. Is this Is that what President Trump meant by we need to keep up with China’s technology?[2]

 

3. We were told that the Department of Defense needs these data centers for the defense of our country. But wait a minute, one of the main components of these data centers is to collect information on every citizen. Streetlights with cameras, eyes in the sky, 5g cells are popping up everywhere collecting biometric data as we go about our daily life. That is how the internet of things and Starlink work. Our new computers and smart phones have secret cameras behind the screen which scan your face biometrically. All new cars are equipped with sophisticated tracking devices and cameras which continually collect and relay information to data centers[3] [4] [5].

According to the AI Action Plan signed by President Trump, states will be penalized if they try to protect our information and, in the process, slow down the progress of these AI data centers. And isn’t that the same DOD that has developed and used bioweapons on its own citizens throughout the last century?[6]

Forgive me for not trusting them with my personal information. Even if President Trump cleanses the DOD, the minute the left takes over in the future the bad guys will be back and will use these data centers to control law abiding citizens.

 

4. We have been told that the creation of these AI data centers will bring new jobs for the future since old jobs will be taken over by AI. Half of this statement is correct. It is true that these high-powered AI data centers will not only replace blue collar jobs but also will slowly replace many professionals such as doctors, accountants, lawyers, teachers etc. We already have experienced the frustration of talking to AI instead of a human being on the phone when we need help with a product. We also have experienced tele-doctors during Covid. But in the future the tele doctors will not be humans but AI like in China. AI does not have human emotions like empathy so there will be no genuine concern for the patient.

The other half of the statement says that there will be many new jobs in technology to replace the old jobs.  We are told that we must move forward into the Golden Age of Technology. We do not want to be left behind. We must win the race to the top. Therefore, we need to change the goals of our educational system to meet the demands of all the new AI tech jobs. President Trump’s AI Action plan calls for Workforce Development which prioritizes training programs to equip American workers with AI-related skills, including primary, secondary, and advanced education initiatives.

But wait a minute, the irony of this promise of tech jobs for the youth of tomorrow is that the very creators of AI have said that in the future AI will become autonomous and will self-improve and self-replicate needing very little help from human programmers. [7] [8]  So, AI will not increase new tech jobs to replace the old jobs lost to AI. This serious issue is being discussed in the scientific community. Of course, there will be “temporary” construction jobs to build these monstrous energy and water sucking data centers.

What are some other problems with these AI data centers and why does President Trump see the need to remove permit restrictions?

Each massive data center uses extensive amounts of electricity to run, comparable to the electricity usage of a city. Planners have discussed the need to build nuclear reactors or other power plants to run each massive data center. [9] [10] To do this speedily they must lift some of the safety permitting regulations. To be fair, some past restrictions are unnecessary and really do not protect. But we must be careful and not repeat the folly of Operation Warp Speed covid mRNA shots by eliminating safety protocols to fast-track the data centers. There might be a good reason behind some of the “fences” that were “built” to protect.

Another permitting restriction they need to remove in order to build the AI data centers has to do with water usage.

Each colossal data center uses massive amounts of water to cool the computers. Data centers generate substantial heat from servers running 24/7. Water cooling systems are critical to maintain optimal operating temperatures and prevent hardware failure. A single hyperscale data center can use 1-5 million gallons of water per day.
Not only do the computers in the AI data centers use water for cooling purposes but the new nuclear plants and other power plants they are building to run these data centers will also need massive amounts of water for cooling. Thus, President Trump must lift environmental controls on water usage in order to build these AI data centers. So, in essence, drought water restrictions will not apply to data centers but only for human consumption!

Tech giants like Google, Amazon, and Microsoft have ramped up computing power for AI and cloud services. Their facilities have consumed enormous amounts of water and electricity in areas around the world and in the US that are already experiencing draught conditions and energy shortages. The data centers are built without community input or involvement. Many of these areas are poverty stricken.  People are protesting around the world. Who benefits? The tech giants, not the local people[11].

A good example of an AI data center guzzling water from a draught-stricken area is the Stargate Project being built in Abilene Texas. President Trump announced a 500-billion-dollar Stargate investment joint venture with OpenAI, Oracle and Softbank last January. Under the Stargate Project, 20 enormous OpenAI data centers will be built in the US. Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI is building the first AI data center in Abilene Texas.

“I’m going to help a lot through emergency declarations. We have an emergency, we have to get this stuff built,” Trump told the press room on Jan. 21, the day after releasing a declaration that the U.S. must generate more energy to be able to sustain tech projects like Stargate.”

Once up and running, Stargate’s Abilene AI data center will use the energy equivalent to power 750,000 homes. OpenAI plans on building its own power plant to run the AI data center. Experts and citizens are concerned about the water resources required to run all these new huge data centers, especially in draught prone areas like Abilene Texas[12] [13].

Concerns have been raised about some of the tech giants that are overseeing these AI data centers.

One example is Sam Altman with the Open AI Stargate Project.

From 2016 through 2022, Altman repeatedly warned about what he saw as the dangers posed by Trump’s leadership and his policies. During the 2016 campaign, he compared Trump to Hitler in 1930s Germany, and he called on other tech companies to stand against Trump in the early days of the new administration. [14]

Altman donated to Democrat candidates, including $250,000 to a Democrat Senate Majority PAC and $250,000 to a pro-Biden super PAC in 2020[15].

He donated hundreds of thousands to Democrat causes and candidates, including $200,000 to help reelect President Joe Biden in 2024.

Sam Altman is a Billionaire Technocrat Liberal Socialist Globalist who believes in universal basic income (UBI). He co-funded a UBI experiment in 2021, giving $1,000 monthly to low-income individuals (March 3, 2021, https://www.nytimes.com).

Altman’s advocacy for universal basic income (UBI) aligns with the United Nations Agenda 2030 Sustainable Development Goals Number 1 and goal number 10 to end poverty in all its forms everywhere by 2030 ensuring equal rights to economic resources and basic services for all.

Altman has called for ‘international partnerships” on AI regulation, proposing a global body comparable to the International Atomic Energy Agency (AP News, June 6, 2023,). This aligns with Agenda 2030 Goal 17 which emphasizes global partnerships. Why should the system that is supposed to protect our country be regulated by an international organization as Altman suggests?

“Sam Altman’s World coin promised a global ID”.  In 2023 Sam Altman started “World Coin” to give people a digital ID by scanning their eyes. To encourage people to sign up he gave them free crypto currency. Many uninformed people in Third World countries signed up just to get the free crypto currency. One big concern about his eye scan for biometric data is that you cannot change your eye scan like you can change a password to protect your privacy[16].

Just recently Sam Altman pitched his global ID eye scanning World ID to bankers at a conference[17].

A global ID lines up with the Bible’s book of Revelation mark of the beast where you cannot buy, sell or trade without this global ID. Do we want this Orwellian globalist “ID”eology?

Sam Altman is the CEO and co-founder of OpenAI ChatGPT. ChatGPT has been criticized for giving false information/fake news and has the ability to do deep fakes.

Once the data centers and Starlink are all set up and connected they will then be connected to digital currency. You can hold normal currency in your hands and have complete control of your transactions. Your transactions are private. But, in the very near future all currency will be digital. That is why the Genius Act was passed by President Trump. President Trump created this legislation because he believed that his “Stablecoin” will be safer than the Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC). This is reasonable and well-intended. Many, including me, have warned of the dangers if our monetary system changing to the CBDC. So, we were excited when President Trump promised he would not allow CBDC. But now many conservative financial experts are arguing that Stable Coin solves one of the problems with the CBDC but presents other dilemmas. Both CBDC and Stablecoin are cryptocurrency and can be tracked. For any type of digital currency to work and be validated they will be connected to the data centers to confirm that your digital identity is valid and not a stolen identity.  Consequently, you will need a digital ID to buy, sell or trade with any new digital currency whether it is a CBDC or Stablecoin.

Finally, many Christians have claimed that these data centers fit right into Klaus Schwab’s World Economic Forum Fourth Industrial Revolution plan. According to the WEF, “The Fourth Industrial Revolution represents a fundamental change in the way we live, work and relate to one another. It is a new chapter in human development, enabled by extraordinary technology advances.”

 

Atheist and Transhumanist Noah Harari, Klaus Schwab’s top advisor, claims that we will become like gods as we create new life half human and half machine.

 

WEF’s goal isn’t to just control life on Earth but to fundamentally change it. Transhumanist Dr. Yuval Noah Harari, openly admits data might enable human elites to do more than “just build digital dictatorships.”

 

“By hacking organisms,” Harari said, “elites may gain the power to re-engineer the future of life itself. Because once you can hack something, you can usually also engineer it.” Soon, he says, some corporations and governments will be able to “systematically hack all the people.” And if they succeed in hacking life, he describes it as the “greatest revolution in biology since the beginning of life 4 billion years ago.”[18]

 

These data centers need to be big and powerful because they will contain all the knowledge of the world. I find it interesting that Satan tempted Eve that if she ate of the tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil and she would become like God.

We need to connect the dots to understand what is coming and to know what is at stake. Even if the motives of President Trump are sincere and he believes that fast tracking AI data center legislation is for the good of our country and mankind, the legislation still creates the system that can be used for the Globalist WEF’s plan for total control.  It sets the groundwork for a digital prison where we cannot buy sell or trade without a digital ID. Which leads us right down the path to the fulfillment of Revelation 13:16,17
