Liberals are delivering caskets to GOP congressmen’s homes, and yes… their reasoning is stupid

America is in distress, and democracy is dying. At least, according to a handful of geriatric slacktivists who delivered a casket to a Republican congressman’s doorstep. This is what the Democrat Party has been reduced to. Whether or not it coincides with USAID being shut down, while the timing is certainly coincidental, I have yet to read a peer-reviewed study independently fact-checked by “independent” fact-checkers to prove correlation.

The lucky congressman was Wisconsin Rep. Bryan Steil. What you don’t see in the video is a note on the casket that reads “Here lie the hopes of the most vulnerable killed by the Big Beautiful Bill” with the dates 1776-2025, implying Trump’s BBB has literally killed Democracy literally.

Former Walworth County Democrat Party Chairwoman Ellen Holly was identified in the video footage posted to social media allegedly walking up to Steil’s front door, along with several other constituents from previous protests.

Prior to the “Death of Democracy” funeral procession, sponsored by the Southern Wisconsin Grassroots Network and Working Families Party, an organizer could be heard on a Facebook Live video saying, “We’re not going to hang out here because we’re not going to invite the police to come and ask questions, and say, ‘What are you doing here, blah, blah, blah.’ We’re just going to get out of town.”

Let’s set aside that when people are polled about what’s ACTUALLY in the bill vs. the fake news they’ve heard about the bill, Americans support the bill bigly. I’m more curious about the creative process behind conceiving such a demonstration of derpatriotism. Like, we’re there rejected ideas? They were going to leave a bag of poop on the congressman’s front porch to symbolize how the BBB is sh*tty? Decided that was a bit much, and settled on the funeral procession instead?

Rep. Steil’s neighbors were lucky. While the video is a little grainy, the slacktivists all looked like boomer Stephen Colbert fans. They could have caused a noise disturbance with dancing and a drum circle, but crippling arthritis and that age make doing so impossible. Instead, it was a brief demonstration, then bouncing to grab a 4:00 dinner somewhere.

This is what the Democrat Party has been reduced to. RIP.
