Targeted Black and White females across America. Convicted of eight murders before dying in prison.
Billy Kipkorir Chemirmir
Came to America as an illegal alien from Kenya, but later given a green card. Posed as a healthcare worker to kill elderly women, mostly in retirement communities. Believed to have killed 23-25 between 2016-2018. Almost all victims were White, with a few Asians.
Killed by his roommate in prison after first two convictions.
Lonnie David Franklin Jr.
“The Grim Sleeper.” Terrorized Los Angeles from 1984 – 2007. Killed Black females who homeless, drug addicts, or prostitutes.
Convicted of ten, but believed to have committed at least 25. Widely considered to be among the most prolific serial killers in US history.
Ronald Dominique
“Bayou Strangler.” Homosexual serial killer in southeastern Louisiana from 1997-2006. Killed Black males, aged 16-46, after having sex with them.
Convicted of 8, but suspected of up to 23 murders.
John Allen Muhammad
“DC Sniper.” Killed 17 and wounded 17 others in MD, DC, VA, GA, AL, and AZ, during 2002.
Member of the Nation of Islam. Wanted to create chaos to destroy America. Killed members of all races.
Accomplice Lee Boyd Malvo, 17, was an illegal alien from Jamaica.
