Obama Could Nuke the Moon and Still Avoid Indictment – Here’s Why

Remember the screams of “Russia hacked our election” and “Trump colluded with Russia” regarding the 2016 election? Yeah, that was all a lie. A Democrat-manufactured lie. According to bestselling author and nationally syndicated radio talk-show host Larry Elder, that’s not just dirty politics – it’s potentially criminal. But will Obama ever face an indictment?

Not a chance.

In an op-ed on the Daily BS, Elder says the reason is simple: America is too emotionally fragile and racially obsessed to stomach it. It doesn’t matter how airtight the evidence might be. Elder argues that if prosecutors even thought about hauling Obama into court, the country would immediately dissolve into a George Floyd-style meltdown – burning cities, broken windows, and the media screaming “RACISM!” on a loop.

And Elder has a point. Elder reminds us what happened in 2020 when the narrative around George Floyd exploded. Never mind that Floyd was high on fentanyl, resisting arrest, and being restrained in a manner that Elder says followed department training – what mattered was how the story was spun by the Democrats and their cohorts in the media.

Emotions overruled facts as the nation erupted (literally in flames) in the name of “racial justice.” Over 10,000 protests unfolded across hundreds of cities and towns – many turning violent. At least 25 people, including police officers, lost their lives. The unrest left a trail of destruction, with looting, vandalism, and arson causing billions of dollars in damage nationwide.

Even though Elder says that police officers kill more white people than Black people, armed and unarmed, the Democrats and their friends in the media still used the Floyd incident for a “systemic racism” storyline to make everyone believe the false impression that unarmed Black men are routinely killed by police officers in the United States.

So imagine that same public, media, and academic hysteria – but this time with the first (half) black president as the target. Elder believes the backlash wouldn’t just be loud – it would be explosive. In today’s America, indicting Obama isn’t just unlikely, it’s untouchable. Prosecutors know it. Politicians know it. And Trump knows it.

Even if Obama personally walked into the DOJ and handed over a flash drive labeled “My Crimes,” the narrative machine would find a way to turn him into a victim. He’d be a martyr for “democracy,” while anyone asking questions would be accused of white supremacy.

So no – Obama won’t be indicted. Not because he’s innocent. Not because the evidence isn’t there. But because we’ve built a culture where people are just too sacred to prosecute. Even Trump people.

Does that mean the whole thing shouldn’t be investigated? Absolutely not. There are plenty of individuals who deserve to be indicted and held accountable. The American people have a right to see the truth exposed – the corruption, the sleaze, and the anti-American rot festering within the Democratic Party. Not that any of this comes as a surprise.
