As I was driving to work today, Here I Go Again by Whitesnake came on the radio and I turned it up loud. It is a song from my youth that came out just as I was entering the work force about 40 years ago. I found the lyrics to be fitting for my life situation. I gave my notice yesterday that I will be retiring on October 31 from the rat race.
I will no longer be working for someone else, having to put up with psychopaths, incompetent boobs, and unqualified DEI females. I’ll be on my own to completely focus on TBP and doing what I like best – thinking and writing. I ain’t wasting no more time working for others. It will now be my efforts alone. I already feel unburdened. Enjoy Tawny at her best in the famous Whitesnake video below.
