
South Korea’s presidential office said on Monday trade talks with the United States included discussions on increasing defense spending and U.S. weapons purchase.
The presidential office also said U.S. demands covered agriculture and livestock, and South Korea was trying to minimize concessions, said Woo Sang-ho, presidential secretary for political affairs.
