At Wednesday’s White House press briefing, where DNI Tulsi Gabbard explained the latest tranche of documents declassified and released pointing to an effort by President Obama and his staff to undermine the Trump administration, Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt ripped into CNN reporter Kaitlan Collins.
Collins asked Gabbard if her decision to release information about what is being called a “coup” attempt against Trump is a way to boost her standing with him after the president, weeks ago, disagreed with the DNI’s assessment of the Iran threat.
