President Trump will be heading to The Bronx to take in a Yankees game on the anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks, sources familiar with the arrangements exclusively told The Post.
Vice President JD Vance will represent the administration at a commemoration ceremony at Ground Zero in Lower Manhattan, with Trump scheduled to attend a memorial event at the Pentagon in northern Virginia, the sources said.
Later in the day, Trump will travel to the city of his birth and attend the 7:05 p.m. matchup between the Yankees and Detroit Tigers, in a meeting of two of the top teams in the American League.
The sources cautioned that the plans were tentative and that Trump, 79, could still change his mind.
Trump, an avid golfer, has popped up at several sporting events during his time in the White House, and most recently said he would attend the Ryder Cup golf tournament later this month.
