Democrats have made illegal alien and alleged MS-13 terrorist Kilmer Abrego Garcia their new cause célèbre.
President Trump deported Garcia to his home country of El Salvador using his authority under the Alien Enemies Act.
Garcia illegally entered the United States in 2011.
In 2019, a judge issued a removal order where the government could deport Garcia to any country on earth but El Salvador, where Garcia claimed a rival gang would torture and kill him.
Democrat judges tried to seize control of foreign policy by demanding that Trump return Garcia to the United States, citing phony claims about “due process.”
The administration returned Garcia so it could charge him with human trafficking for allegedly smuggling illegal aliens across the United States.
After filing the charges, the administration announced it planned to deport Garcia to Uganda.
A Democrat judge stepped in to block this deportation because the Democrats’ sole goal is to prevent the deportation of any illegal aliens.
Trey Gowdy played a video of Democrat protestors singing songs in support of Garcia, an illegal alien accused of human smuggling and hitting his wife.
After the video ended Gowdy, a former federal prosecutor, apologized to his audience admitting that forcing them to sit through the clip was “cruel and unusual punishment.”
“Welcome back to ‘Sunday Night in America,’ I think. I’m sorry, I should have warned you before you had to witness that,” Gowdy stated. “AOC does have a little bit of rhythm, but the rest of that constitutes a cruel and unusual punishment. Democrats have tried embracing criminal defendants, socialism, they tried cursing, dancing cursing while dancing. It might be simpler than that.”
Gowdy was obviously kidding.
But many Fox News viewers do believe that Gowdy owes them an apology after he seized on a transgender carrying out a terrorist attack at a Catholic school in Minneapolis so smear white men as domestic terrorists and call for the government to confiscate firearms.
“And so we’re gonna have to have a conversation of freedom versus protecting children. I mean how many school shootings does it take before we’re going to have a conversation about keeping firearms out–?” Gowdy ranted.
“It’s always a young White male, almost always. I mean, did anyone this morning think “I wonder if that was a female,” Gowdy added.
Gowdy ignored the role transgenderism played in the attack and the fact that the terrorist was a biological male who pretended to be a woman.
That outburst was something many Fox News viewers believe Gowdy should apologize for.
