Washington is sending more nuclear weapons to Europe, forcing Russia off of its voluntary compliance with the Intermediate Range Nuclear Forces Treaty, a Reagan administration achievement, from which Washington withdrew in 2019 during Trump’s first term.
This is not an environment from which peace can emerge.
