Tulsi Gabbard accuses Obama of committing ‘treasonous conspiracy’, says she can make the case

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard explained that former President Barack Obama committed a “treasonous conspiracy” by carrying out the Russiagate hoax to thwart the “peaceful transfer of power” after the 2016 election.

The former Democrat congresswoman blew the lid off the operation by Obama and his top intelligence officials to “delegitimize” President Donald J. Trump’s election win over Hillary Clinton by framing him as a Putin puppet, releasing damning documents that make it impossible for the former president to deny his role in the unprecedented coup against his successor.

Gabbard appeared on Thursday’s edition of “The Charlie Kirk Show,” where she discussed Obama’s treason with the Turning Point USA founder and conservative commentator, one of the most influential MAGA voices.

Last Friday, Gabbard said in a statement that the declassified material “clearly shows there was a treasonous conspiracy in 2016 committed by officials at the highest level of our government. Their goal was to subvert the will of the American people and enact what was essentially a years-long coup with the objective of trying to usurp the President from fulfilling the mandate bestowed upon him by the American people.”

During their conversation, the host asked her to back up her “fighting words” about the former president.

“Can you make the case, can you present the arguments– the best bill you can with unclassified information and public information, what makes you believe that this reaches that sort of threshold?” Kirk asked.

“When we look at our democratic republic,” Gabbard responded, “our system is built on the foundation of the American people casting their votes for who they want to be in office, to be our president and commander-in-chief. In this system, there has to be a peaceful transfer of power.”

“What we saw play out here was President Trump was elected by the American people in 2016, shocking most people in the United States, and apparently even Russia and Putin didn’t think that he would win,” she added.

“Instead of accepting that this is the will of the people, what we saw is President Obama convening his national security team and concocting this contrived false narrative through the production of this intelligence community assessment in January 2017 with the specific intent of subverting the will of the American people and trying to delegitimize President Trump’s election and therefore everything that he had been charged to do by the American people over the next four years,” Gabbard continued.

“So yes, this is a treasonous conspiracy that subverts the will of the American people because you look at the action, they manufactured a hoax, they manufactured these lies, published it as though it were true, propagated this through the media to the American people,” she stated.

“Their egregious abuse of power and blatant rejection of our Constitution threatens the very foundation and integrity of our democratic republic. No matter how powerful, every person involved in this conspiracy must be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, to ensure nothing like this ever happens again,” Gabbard said in her statement.
