The Senate’s passage of President Donald J. Trump’s “Big, Beautiful Bill” capped off an absolutely brutal week for the Democrats, who, from the looks of things, may not recover anytime soon from their current political troubles.
On Saturday night, the signature legislation of the president’s second term passed 51-49 with all Democrats, along with GOP Sens. Thom Tillis and Rand Paul, in opposition, a major victory that hit the impotent party where it hurt, with their only recourse being a ridiculous stunt of Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer forcing a poor staffer to read the 900+ page bill out loud, a spiteful delaying tactic that only underscores their pettiness.

The passage of the BBB follows Trump’s monumental foreign policy achievement of the successful bombing of Iranian nuclear sites, a bold move that made the world a much safer place. He then followed up on Operation Midnight Hammer by engineering a ceasefire between Israel and Iran that ended the 12-day war.
Democrats were fuming, wailing that Trump refused to consult with them before the surprise strike, and some, like 2028 frontrunner Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), called for his impeachment.
Jumping on a CNN report of a leaked top-secret Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) claim, lawmakers parroted the ayatollah’s propaganda that the strikes had failed, once again taking sides against America.
On Friday, the Supreme Court dropped its own bunker buster on the demoralized and doomstruck party.

In what could prove to be the most damaging blow yet, the nation’s highest court cut the legs right out from under the efforts to stall Trump’s reforms until after the midterm elections by abusing the legal system with Democrat-appointed activist judges firing off an unprecedented number of national injunctions.
But that was derailed by Friday’s devastating 6-3 ruling – at least until their lawfare goons find another way to obstruct.
And for good measure, the party’s prized historic first black woman justice suffered the public humiliation of being exposed as a DEI pick who never had the intellectual mettle to justify her appointment by former President Joe Biden, who chose her solely on the basis of her skin color.
Much maligned conservative Justice Amy Coney Barrett came off the top rope to body slam intellectually challenged colleague Ketanji Brown Jackson over her ridiculously hysterical dissent in Trump v. CASA, Inc.

“We will not dwell on Justice Jackson’s argument, which is at odds with more than two centuries’ worth of precedent, not to mention the Constitution itself,” Barrett wrote. “We observe only this: Justice Jackson decries an imperial Executive while embracing an imperial Judiciary.”
In another Friday ruling of note, the justices sided with parents who would object to having their children force-fed a diet of homosexual propaganda in schools by perverts and groomers masquerading as educators, a very special “Pride” month treat.
Deprived of their only real weapon to sabotage Trump at a time when they are in the minority in both houses of Congress, Democrats railed against the SCOTUS.
The Supreme Court’s decision to limit courts of their long-held authority to block illegal executive actions is an unprecedented and terrifying step toward authoritarianism, a grave danger to our democracy, and a predictable move from this extremist MAGA court.

It was a week so crappy for Democrats that even CNN had to acknowledge that Trump is on a roll.

And the cherry on top of the cake of the Democrats’ week of woe could be the news that Trump has amassed a jaw-dropping $1.4 billion war chest for the midterms, a boatload of money that could stomp all over their dreams of retaking control of the House and teeing up the investigations and impeachments.
Life’s sucking pretty hard for the America-hating Democrats this week, and isn’t likely to be improving with Trump kicking ass and taking names.
