Revealed: Trans activist behind Chappelle Netflix protest has history of homophobic, anti-Asian, anti-Hispanic tweets

The following contains editorial content which is the opinion of the author.

LOS GATOS, CA- Richard Prior…George Carlin…hell, even Eddie Murphy. Comedians many Americans grew up listening to would not be able to survive in the woke 2020s.

In an age where everyone on the left is offended literally by everything, being a comedian has to be one of the hardest callings there is. You literally have to walk on eggshells.

Such is life currently for Dave Chappelle and by extension Netflix, which has come under fire due to Chappelle’s comments about the trans mafia during his comedy special, The Closer.

Now it’s being discovered that the person leading the charge in protesting Netflix and Chappelle, Ashlee Marie Preston, has an extensive history of writing bigoted tweets.

Social media detectives have uncovered a number of Preston’s tweets and have shared screenshots of them, which show exactly what kind of hypocrite she is. Please excuse language, as Preston made racist remarks against Asians and others. Also please excuse her apparent inability to speak coherent English.

Asian hoes act like they wont get karate chopped in they muthafukn throat. What is this hoe staring at. Mind ya beeswax. #Bitch.

Jus broke my phone on this Asian bitches head…I have Asian friends…but they some muthafukkn #weirdo sometimes [I Said It But We All Think It.]

Other screenshots show her tweets, including one where she called someone a “faggot fucker” and referring to people as “faggot cock suckers.”

That is thee last tiem I help that faggot fucker…he’s bringing ME problems Truman help him.

Got tha 9 on these muthafukerz…faggot cock suckers…leave em shook like jelly, in a jam…SMUKERZ.

Yet another tweet explains about “drunk” and “drugged up Asian bitches” being “a predator’s dream.”

I think this gurl overdosed I hope her homegurl don’t leave her wit them dudes…drunk drugged up Asian bitches are a predator’s dream.

Remember, Twitter banned former President Trump and a number of other people for “fomenting violence,” yet this nut job is still allowed to post whatever she wants apparently.

There are also screenshots of her attacking Asians for poor driving skills.

Almost got hit by an Asian in a BMW as I crossed the street…yes I know what you mean, but the important thing is that we didn’t say it.

Another damn Asian almost hit me while crossin, what the fuck is it wit yall and damn vehicles? I have an idea…

“Mcdonalds on wilshire…eating my salad and protein wrap. Dis asian nigga keep lookin at me…”

And another:

“This Asian nigga in the subway, gotta fat ass…he almost looks like bitch from behind,” she tweeted.

One more:

Us broke my phone on this Asian bitches head…I have Asian friends…but they sum muthafuckn #weirdo sometimes #saiditbutwasallthinkit,” she tweeted

All of this came after highly publicized AAPI (Asian American Pacific Islander) crimes across the country, which drew the attention of the Biden administration, resulting in a number of executive orders issued by Biden to fight AAPI hate.

Preston has also attacked Hispanics.

Latino and Asian businesses need 2 stop bein ride [sp] & fukn disrespectful & I kno its A LOT to as in CA but speak fukn English 2*. #yahisaidit”

Oh, and she also slurred a Latina female, calling her a “transvestite”:

This Chola has soooo much fukn makeup on she looks like a transvestite #lessisbest.”

More information about Preston? She formerly served as a campaign surrogate for Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), when the tweets were first discovered during her presidential campaign in 2019.

“Elizabeth Warren Under Fire as Campaign Surrogate’s Racist, Homophobic Tweets Come to Light,” the headline in the October edition of Law and Crime read.

After the story was published, Preston responded by issuing a statement on Twitter, where she blamed drugs for her unhinged rants, claiming she was “strung out on drugs” and “tweeting from an impaired conscious,” whatever that means.

“At the height of my meth addiction (8/9 years ago) I made a series of racially insensitive and homophobic tweets,” Preston wrote at the time. “I wasn’t out yet, and was dealing with internalized transphobia while homeless in a neighborhood where I felt culturally inferior.”

She added that the resurfacing of the tweets were politically motivated, however claimed to take “full responsibility for my actions and deeply apologize to those I’ve offended or hurt.”

Business Insider  said in 2019 that “Preston’s old tweets display comments that are racist, homophobic, and misogynistic in nature,” Post Millennial reported.

TheThingIhateMost…When Companies Have Reps In India & China Taking Calls For Them…I Never Understand Wtf They Are Saying,” in February 2012.

What Do U Call A Chinese Drive By Shooting?? Cappucino,” she also wrote.

Preston is listed as a “Host/Media Personality & Social Entrepreneur on Instagram, and is a man pretending to be a woman, who has written for Bazaar and Forbes (hopefully in real English and not the hip hop Ebonics lingo she tweeted in). He/She is “dedicated to work elevating minorities [except for Asians, apparently] pointing out discrimination [except against Asian people, apparently], and LGBTQ+ [ABCDEF] issues.”

Last Wednesday, some Netflix employees walked off their jobs, claiming Chappelle’s comedy special was “transphobic.” In the old days, it would have been called “funny.”

The woke mob consisting of transgendered Netflix employees released demands of senior management, where they called for more “transgender and non-binary content” and more trans people in senior management levels.

Because clearly, all of America is calling for more “transgender and non-binary content.”

Preston was quoted last week as “a leading trans advocate” by Business Insider, who quoted her as saying outside Netflix headquarters:

“I think ultimately we’re up against a new emergency of the ‘hate economy,’ and there is this manipulation of algorithmic science that distorts the way we perceive ourselves and others. And I think companies like Netflix, Facebook, and Instagram, they play into it and they monetize it.”

Well, at least he/she has seemed to learn how to speak coherent English.

The Closer has caused a lot of heartburn for the woke, social justice warrior crowd, however based on audience scores from the television review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes,  it has a 96 percent positive rating.

It’s amusing really. The trans mafia claims they are a “marginalized” community, but anyone who in any way slights them is excoriated, shunned, and in Chappelle’s case, attempted to be canceled.

DIG DEEPER

Harry Potter creator and author J.K. Rowling fired back at a Twitter user who threatened her with a “pipe bomb,” stating that since her critics can’t get her fired or have her career destroyed, the only place left to go is threats of assassination.

The 55-year-old author shared a screenshot of the now-deleted tweet as evidence of the hate mail she received since expressing her controversial opinions about gender last year. Reportedly, the message from Twitter user @queerqegaard stated:

“I wish you a very nice pipebomb in mailbox.”

In response, Rowling tweeted:

“To be fair, when you can’t get a woman sacked, arrested or dropped by her publisher, and cancelling her only made her book sales go up, there’s really only only place to go.”

The New York Post reported that Rowling, who also writes under the pseudonym Robert Galbraith, explained why she received the threatening tweet in a reply, noting it stems from comments she made last year that were deemed transphobic by critics and advocacy groups.

She tweeted:

“Hundreds of trans activists have threatened to beat, rape, assassinate and bomb me. I’ve realised that this movement poses no risk to women whatsoever.”

A transgender activist tweeted a meme falsely accusing Rowling of “ignoring porn tweeted at children.” The Twitter user was referring to the intrusion of trans and LGBTQ activists who reportedly invade Rowling’s twitter posts meant for children by inserting vile photos of porn that kids would be able to see on the threads.

In her reply, Rowling noted that she didn’t merely ignore the attacks and always reported them to Twitter. In her second reply, she wrote:

“I’m not sure how these tactics – using porn as a weapon against women you dislike, not caring that children get caught in the crossfire and then misrepresenting what really happened – are supposed to help trans people.”

In a follow-up tweet to that, she wrote:

“Nor do I see how what you’ve done here helps correct the impression that the end game for you & your ilk is to intimidate women out of speaking up for our own rights, no matter how low you have to go to do it.”

Rowling has long-been a target of anti-free speech leftists in and our of Hollywood for her statements that transgenderism is a threat to women everywhere. Her strong stance on the issue has kept her in the crosshairs of cancel culture for several years.

Her tweets also come after her vocal opposition to transgender activism, which she has said is a way to “erode ‘woman’ as a political and biological class.” She tweeted:

“If sex isn’t real, the lived reality of women globally is erased.”

Many were reportedly taken back by her comments, some of whom dubbed them problematic and “transphobic.” In May, a Harry Potter-themed event at a New Zealand book festival was cancelled and stars in her films, including Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint, and Eddie Redmayne, have since spoken out against Rowling’s commentary.

Some fans even went as far as declaring her “dead,” sending #RIPJKRowling to the top of the Twitter trending charts in September 2020. While Rowling has been largely silent, some Twitter users condemned the violence spewed at the author over her opinions. One user wrote:

“I really, really cannot state how much I disagree with you on your opinions on this issue and how they hurt & sadden me deeply as a fan. HOWEVER, these ridiculous threats and calls for violence are disgusting. Trans activists – you don’t make yourselves look good this way!”

Others, however, said Rowling should refrain from posting “harmful rhetoric” on the first place. One user wrote:

“Maybe (here me our here), if you use your massive platform to post harmful rhetoric about marginalised people, some of those people getting very upset with you and DMing you reprehensible (expletive)…isn’t actually that weird? Maybe it’s kind of expected, actually?”

The Fantastic Beasts author has not only decried irreversible transgender surgeries, but she also defended the idea that biological sex is fixed and is not a societal construct.

California receives 261 transgender prisoners transfer requests under new law – including 255 to women’s prison

April 6th, 2021

CALIFORNIA – 261 California inmates have requested transfers to prisons aligning with their claimed gender identity since Gov. Gavin Newsom signed S.B. 132 into law in September allowing prisoners to choose their gender for prison placement.

S.B. 132 requires California correctional facilities to house prisoners in a “correctional facility designated for men or women based on the individual’s preference.”

255 of the 261 inmates requested to transfer from a male to a female correctional facility. Some officials and women’s rights groups are concerned that such transfers are being made “under false pretenses,” according to a report in the Los Angeles Times.

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) said only six prisoners requested a transfer to a male institution. Deputy Press Secretary Terry Thornton said:

“255 are from transgender women and non-binary incarcerated people who are requesting to be housed in a female institution and six are from transgender men and non-binary incarcerated people who are requesting to be housed in a male institution.”

CDCR reported that no transfer requests based on gender identity have been denied. The agency said that 21 requests have been approved since the signing of the new law and that four have been transferred to the Central California Women’s Facility in Chowchilla.

Thornton said that two of the prisoners changed their minds about the transfer request.

Prisoners at Central California Women’s Facility warned that prisoners should expect violence over the transfers. 41-year-old Tomiekia Johnson to the Times that she overheard inmates discussing the transfers:

“That if we think it’s bad now, be prepared for the worst. That it’s going to be off the hook, it’s going to be jumping. They say we’re going to need a facility that’s going to be like a maternity ward.

They say we’re going to have an inmate program where inmates become nannies.”

Prison inmates and staff are concerned over the potential for male inmates to falsely claim to identify as female in order to get into female prisons. Thornton responded to the concerns by pointing to CDCR policy which states:

“CDCR’s classification process includes a thorough review of the incarcerated person’s history prior to and during incarceration, their crime, arrest and criminal history, trial and sentencing documentation, medical and mental health needs, custody level, time to serve, safety concerns, and other factors including security and program needs.

Medical and mental health care staff members are part of this process.

“Information documented includes their age, disabilities, gender identity, personal and criminal history, prior incarcerations, prior incidents of victimization either in custody or in the community, and convictions for sex offenses.

Based on the information gathered in the PREA Screening Tool, an inmate will be given one of three designations: at risk as a victim, at risk as an abuser, or not identified as being at risk.

Inmates at risk as a victim cannot be housed in a cell with an inmate identified as being at risk as an abuser.”

The law was passed with the intention of reducing sexual offenses against transgender inmates. However, the policy is not likely to calm the nerves of female prisoners concerned about violence generated from allowing men into female prisons.

A similar policy in Canada allows trans-identifying male prisoners to be housed in female prisons and women’s rights groups have been protesting the practice.

Heather Mason, head of the Canadian chapter of the international “Keep Prisons Single Sex” campaign, said women are the victims of such policies:

“Female offenders from indigenous communities make up 42 percent of the Canadian prison population. Many of them already come from abusive situations but are afraid to speak up and suffer the consequences.”

Report: California sent more than $42M in coronavirus relief funds to out-of-state inmates

January 6, 2021

CALIFORNIA- An analysis has recently found that more than $42 million in claims went to out-of-state inmates in prisons and jails, giving more clarity to what officials now estimate to be nearly $4 billion in scammed coronavirus relief funds.

On Tuesday, January 5th, the Los Angeles Times reported:

“A large number of Florida inmates, including a man sentenced to 20 years for second-degree murder, are among the thousands of out-of-state prisoners who have allegedly received California pandemic unemployment benefits, according to a December analysis commissioned by the state Employment Development Department and reviewed by The Times.”

The Times added:

“This analysis compared data on incarcerated individuals nationwide against nearly 10 million people on the state pandemic unemployment rolls and found that the EDD approved more than 6,000 claims, totaling more than $42 million, involving individuals who were probably incarcerated elsewhere when they were paid by California.”

The Times concluded:

“Altogether, the analysis found there were more than 20,000 claims deemed at high or moderate risk of having been paid to an incarcerated person, either in California or another state. If all those claims were fraudulent, the $42 million estimate of payments to inmates would jump to $96 million.”

According to reports, California, then nation’s most populous state, has processed more than 16 million unemployment benefits since March, a byproduct of the pandemic that prompted Gov. Gavin Newsom to order businesses to close.

The EDD has struggled to keep up with the demand, facing intense pressure to work through a backlog that at one time numbered more than 1.6 million people. However, the agency’s haste to approve claims coupled with the expanded benefits Congress approved with few safeguards, it is much easier for criminals to cheat the system.

Back in December 2020, Bank of America, which issues EDD benefit cards, told state lawmakers that it had identified about 345,000 fraudulent claims worth about $2 billion. That figure is expected to rise.

California has already acknowledged that it has paid about $40 million in the names of 21,000 California prison inmates, including some on death row. Reportedly, the database used in the analysis covered only 33 of California’s 58 county jails and it also did not include all 50 states.

More than 2,000 of the high-risk claims identified in the EDD analysis are inmates of the Florida Department of Correction or county jails in that state.

Along with the convicted murderer, identified in the report as Nakeva Thorton, 43, who allegedly received $10,800 in payments and was sentenced back in 2012, the report highlights another Florida inmate serving time for burglary and failure to comply with sex offender rules who allegedly received $9,000.

The analysis also identified more than 1,660 California inmates as being at a high risk of having receiving benefits while incarcerated, including more than 700 people booked in Orange County’s jail.

According to the report, in one California claim, an inmate at Shasta County jail, charged with murder and incarcerated since 2014, received $167 weekly for 16 weeks beginning in March.

The analysis results outraged some state lawmakers. Assemblywoman Cottie Petrie-Norris (D-Laguna Beach), who chairs the Assembly Committee on Accountability and Administrative Review said in a statement:

“Absurd fraud policies have made California’s EDD a target for prisoners nationwide. What a shameful waste of taxpayer dollars.”

In a recent tweet, the department announced it was halting payments on some approved claims until they could be verified, including legitimate recipients because of fears of ongoing fraud. The department did not say how many claims were suspended.

Gov. Newsom has appointed Rita L. Saenz to oversee the EDD, replacing retired director Sharon Hilliard. In his announcement, Newsom said that has confidence that Saenz could stop the fraud in the system.

Newsom said that he is confident she will help the department pay claims in a timely way “while simultaneously stopping fraud in our systems and holding people who have committed fraud accountable.”

Editor note: In 2020, we saw a nationwide push to “defund the police”.  While we all stood here shaking our heads wondering if these people were serious… they cut billions of dollars in funding for police officers.  And as a result, crime has skyrocketed – all while the same politicians who said “you don’t need guns, the government will protect you” continued their attacks on both our police officers and our Second Amendment rights.

And that’s exactly why we’re launching this national crowdfunding campaign as part of our efforts to help “re-fund the police”.
