US Attorney General Merrick Garland encouraged the FBI to label parents who speak up at school board meetings as “domestic terrorists.”
We later found out that Garland has a conflict of interest and hidden motive for silencing dissenting parents.
Garland’s son-in-law is a co-founder of a company that distributes Critical Race Theory material.
Concerned parents against Critical Race Theory are a direct threat to Garland!
On top of this, new emails reveal that the White House conspired with the National School Board Association (NSBA) to create the letter which labeled concerned parents as “domestic terrorists.”
Allegedly, this letter influenced Garland’s decision to get the FBI involved.
The NSBA issued an apology letter soon after the emails were made public.

Parents Defending Education obtained the emails through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
The emails reveal that the NSBA’s president sent a letter to Biden on September 29 without approval from the board.
The letter sent to Biden referred to the acts of some parents at school board meetings as “a form of domestic terrorism and hate crimes.”
Representative Chip Roy from Texas discussed with his colleagues how Parents Defending Education sought a FOIA request from the NSBA.
He shared the email exchanges between the two below.
Below is a snapshot of the email exchanges which prove the NSBA coordinated with the White House about parents becoming “threats” at school board meetings.

This was mere days before AG Merrick Garland created a task force of officials from the FBI and Justice Department to figure out how to prosecute “crimes” at school board meetings.
The letter makes clear that the White House was aware of the letter before it was released, while raising questions about whether the White House colluded with the association on the letter to prompt federal action. The letter has sparked allegations that the Biden administration is trying to stifle dissent among parents who oppose mask mandates and the teaching of critical race theory at America’s schools. School board meetings have become battlegrounds for factions of parents torn on those issues. Parents in some districts have organized recall efforts to remove school board members who support mandates or radical curricula.
The emails also show that members of the National School Board Association’s board of directors voiced frustration that officials sent out the letter without their approval.
One director at the association said that the letter had “reawakened hostilities” that were just beginning to subside.
“Many of us have been put in a position now of explaining or defending this action of our association as we are asked by members of our community if we consider them domestic terrorists for showing up to our meetings and expressing their opinions,” John W. Halkias, a director from the association’s Central Region, wrote on Oct. 1.
Halkias said that he and other board members would not have likely approved the letter, which he said “used terms that were extreme, and asked for action by the Federal Government that many of us would not request.”
Viola Garcia, the president of the association, and Chip Slaven, the CEO, disclosed in other emails to the board that they had been in consultation with the White House and the Department of Education regarding an alleged rise in cases of irate parents showing up to school board meetings.
Slaven wrote on Sept. 29 that he and Garcia sent their letter to Biden “concerning threats to public schools and school board members.” He said that “in talks over the last several weeks with White House staff,” the administration had “requested additional information on some of the specific threats.”
Did the letter from the NSBA, along with Garland’s personal interest, influence his decision to have the FBI label parents as terrorists?
It appears more evident now than ever.
Garland says he took what the NSBA told as truth, which guided his decision to label parents as terrorists.
It seems like the NSBA is throwing Garland under the bus, but at the same time, he is trying to point the finger at them.
Is the Biden Administration at fault?
Based on what Garland stated, it’s clear the White House and Justice Department discussed the letter from the NSBA regarding concerned parents.
Will concerned parents accept the NSBA’s apology?
Fox News has more:
“I don’t accept the apology because I don’t believe it’s sincere,” King told “Fox News Live” on Sunday, two days after the apology was issued.
King is a member of Moms for Liberty, a nonprofit organization with the goal of educating and empowering parents to defend their parental rights, according to the organization’s website.
“As you all know, there has been extensive media and other attention recently around our letter to President Biden regarding threats and acts of violence against school board members,” the NSBA wrote in a memo. “We wanted to write to you directly to address this matter.”
“On behalf of NSBA, we regret and apologize for the letter,” the NSBA said, noting that “there was no justification for some of the language included in the letter.”
“If they were really sorry about what was happening to parents and calling us domestic terrorists they would have investigated and questioned these school boards to see if there was any validity to any of what parents are actually saying,” King said.
“There is no excuse for their dereliction of duty,” she continued. “They are supposed to be supporting parents.”
King said she believes the apology was “phony” and said she thinks “American parents should continue to stand up for their children and be involved and know what’s going on with their child.”
“They have that right,” she said.
At this point, it’s still uncertain whether the Biden Admin pressured the DOJ to create the school board task force.
Perhaps they didn’t need to with Garland’s personal interest in Critical Race Theory materials.
Regardless, the Biden Administration owes all concerned parents in America an apology.
