BREAKING: New York AG Says Gov. Cuomo Violated Law, Sexually Harassed Several Women But Refuses to Charge Him With any Crimes

Justice is not only dead in New York State, it is petrified. Imagine, if you will, that the Attorney General of New York runs a four-month investigation into the actions of NY Gov Andrew Cuomo and the result of that investigation is that he was guilty of sexually harassing multiple women including a State Trooper. What do you suppose the next step would be? If you guessed that criminal charges be brought against the predator, right? Nope. No charges because after all, he is a Democrat.

In fact, during the press conference, the AG’s office said that Cuomo violated both state and federal laws. Ok. There is nothing they can do about the federal crimes but the AG could definitely bring state charges against the governor. But, she didn’t. Why did she bother to waste the state’s money if he gets to walk even if he is guilty?

And contrast that to what NY has done to Donald Trump. The state AG, Manhattan DA, and the Southern District Attorneys’ office of Southern New York have run multiple investigations without one charge against President Trump. They even got his tax returns that they swore would prove him guilty of something, but it didn’t. If he had been guilty, would he have walked?

State Attorney General Letitia James said:

“The independent investigation has concluded that Governor Andrew Cuomo sexually harassed multiple women and in doing so violated federal and state law. Specifically, the investigation found that Governor Andrew Cuomo sexually harassed current and former New York State employees by engaging in unwelcome and nonconsensual touching and making numerous offensive comments of a suggestive and sexual nature that created a hostile work environment for women.”

From The Blaze

The investigation began in March after Cuomo’s office referred numerous “allegations of and circumstances surrounding sexual harassment claims made against the governor” to the state attorney general for review. Independent investigators Joon H. Kim and Anne L. Clark were appointed to lead the probe on March 8, 2021.

Beginning in December 2020, multiple women came forward with allegations that Cuomo sexually harassed them. Investigators interviewed 179 individuals including the women making the accusations, current and former members of Cuomo’s office, State Troopers, other state employees, and the governor himself. More than 74,000 documents, emails, texts, and pictures were also reviewed as evidence during the investigation, the attorney general’s office said in a press release.
