In a world where the overpaid diversity officers of large outfits drive policy based on some perception of social justice, it’s easy to trip over both left feet. Take Mass General Brigham Hospital. They just announced that they will no longer “report babies who are born with d*rugs in their system to child welfare.”
Because it is not in the welfare interests of the child? Of course not. It is because it “disproportionately affects Black people.”
UNREAL. The Mass General Brigham Hospital system will no longer report babies who are born with d*rugs in their system to child welfare because it “disproportionately affects Black people.”
Reporting child neglect is now racist. pic.twitter.com/JWUG1f50mW

It sounds ot me like Mass Brigham just implied that more black people abuse drugs. Where’s the social justice in that?
Racists.
