Bombshell testimony related to former President Donald Trump’s Georgia RICO case renewed concerns about the integrity of the 2020 election.
Those who voiced concerns over outdated voter rolls, unverifiable mail-in votes, ballot harvesting and surreptitious counts conducted behind boarded-up windows have repeatedly been maligned as election deniers.
Now, as one of Trump’s 18 co-defendants for his Fulton County, Georgia racketeering case faced disbarment because of charges brought by District Attorney Fani Willis, Fulton County Department of Registration and Elections board member Mark Wingate’s testimony maintained his stance against certifying the results because of nearly 150,000 questionable ballots.
Video shared from Wingate’s testimony Monday by social media account Kanekoa the Great included the board member explaining the response he had been given when he sought clarity on how tens of thousands of mail-in ballots had had their signatures verified.
“I asked what did we do for signature verification? And the comment I got back frankly floored me, ‘We didn’t do any,’” he said of the 147,000 mail-in ballots.
NEW: Mark Wingate, a Fulton County Elections Board member, testifies that he voted against certifying the 2020 election because the county did not verify the signatures on 147,000 mail-in ballots.

“I and other board members had requested that we obtain the chain of custody documentation from the department and none of that was ever delivered,” Wingate said during the hearing and added, “There was never any surveillance tape, an inch of footage delivered to the board.”
Fulton County had been a hotbed for controversy after the 2020 presidential election, particularly over reports about an infamous pipe burst and video surveillance that appeared to show workers counting ballots that had been taken from underneath a table.
Wingate further testified that three different vote counts “came in with three different numbers.”

The testimony provided by the board member matched what had been submitted in a July 2023 affidavit wherein he expressed, “I was not comfortable with the processes and procedures used to derive the final election results, including, among other things:
(a) The voter registration counts in the active/inactive voter rolls, which I had questioned for months;
(b) The Board was told that Fulton County did not perform any signature verification on any absentee-by-mail ballot in the 2020 election;
(c) The Board was never provided chain of custody documents that it requested;
(d) The Board was never proved the surveillance footage of the drop boxes that we requested; and
(e) There had been no answers to the allegations of misconduct in the final counting at State Farm Arena used to certify the 2020 election.”

Wingate’s testimony was provided during the disbarment hearing for former United States Assistant Attorney General Jeffrey Clark who had recounted in 2022 to then-Fox News host Tucker Carlson how federal agents had dragged him out of his home in connection with the Jan. 6 investigations.
“What he did wrong was simply call for an investigation into voter fraud,” Carlson had said of the FBI raid that left Clark standing outside his home in pajamas for three-and-a-half hours.
Reactions to the latest testimony left social media users convinced that election integrity remains a serious concern, and that bad actors had not only gotten away with their scheme — they were making examples of anyone who spoke out against it.
Corruption right in our faces.

They’ll do it again and anyone who complains will be accused of hating democracy.

How much evidence do we need that mail in voting should be banned?

They cheated their asses off and they’ll do it again in 8 months.

The 2020 election had fraud written in billboard sized lettering all over it.
They delayed as much as possible and ran the clock out while not allowing evidence to be heard in any court challenge.
The media was complicit as they continued to lie saying it was 100% safe. Liars!
