President Trump Unleashes His Full Fury On Maricopa County’s Board Of Supervisors — What Are They Hiding?

(Liberty Bell) – President Donald Trump has released another statement this week, taking an opportunity to really take a big swing at the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors over their refusal to comply with the 2020 election investigation.

According to the Gateway Pundit, Trump said, “Why won’t the RINO Maricopa County Board of Supervisors in Arizona give the routers? What are they trying to hide? They are fighting for life or death. What is going on? Give the routers! Doesn’t this mean that the voting was, despite their statements to the contrary, connected to the internet? The Voter Fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election was monumental, and the facts are coming out daily!” (Screen shot here).

The leftists in Maricopa County continue to fight with all they have to keep this investigation from happening and they are throwing out every excuse imaginable to hold on to subpoenaed evidence.

Just looking at the actions they have taken thus far makes it very clear that the County is definitely guilty and are taking steps to keep all of their shenanigans under the rug.

These folks continue to avoid providing answers to the questions being asked by auditors, using deflection techniques and accusations to duck and dodge telling the truth.

Just last week the Arizona State Senate held a hearing where they heard testimony from the Cyber Ninjas group that is conducting the audit in Maricopa County, and there were some serious bombs dropped during that time.

As a result of the information that was revealed, State Rep. Mark Finchem has now started to call for action by the state legislature. This echoes the call that Arizona State Sen. Wendy Rogers has been leading the movement to recall fraudulent electors and trash the voting machines used in the 2020 election.

Finchem made an appearance on Victory News, a program hosted by Greg Stephens, where he went over the audit’s findings, his Arizona Ballot Integrity Project, and agreed with Rogers that “this cannot be allowed to stand.”

“They did not have control of the election system and I’m really glad that State Senator Warren Petersen, who is the chairman of the Judiciary, really focused in on that point that the officials at Dominion had a greater level of access than the election officials. That can never happen again. Because what that means is, the election officials that we’ve elected, that are representatives of the people had the potential To be overwritten by somebody with a higher level of administrative authority within That election system. And I think that that’s, that is beyond the pale,” Finchem said.

“We did not control this election, a private concern did. And we’ve already seen evidence, not just in Arizona, but across the country where Dominion voting machines, the Dominion equipment, not only had NIC cards, which are network interface cards but also had chipsets that enable Bluetooth communications with these devices. Now, one of the things that I found interesting is okay, we’ve been told repeatedly that there was no access to the internet. Well, if that’s the case, then why would you need to update anti-virus software? I can understand that you know, you would do that just before an election, where you would plug probably a jump drive in to update for that particular election. But even that software has to be audited before it’s introduced into the system to see to it that there is no nefarious code in it. And it’s just this, the hearing yesterday, points to me, or leads me to believe that this election is so compromised, it is so inaccurate, that I can’t in good conscience continue to support them. In fact, I’ve had serious questions not in support of this election for quite some time. But I think the legislature is probably going to have to take action of some kind. I agree with Senator Rogers, this cannot be allowed to stand,” he continued.

“74,243 mail-in ballots with no clear record that the ballot was ever said that all of these numbers add up to a large amount of votes,” Stephens commented.

“That is probably one of the most stunning revelations. If there was no record of a ballot being mailed out, How can there be a ballot mailed in? And you know, I’ve been working With some of my colleagues on a project called the Arizona Ballot Integrity Project that will Put a watermark on specific paper and have some fraud countermeasures built into the ballot paper itself, and next year we will likely mandate the use of this paper so that we can’t just have off the shelf paper because the ballot paper is supposed to have a coating on it that will not permit bleed-through. Well, clearly that procedural element was not followed,” Finchem replied.

Attorney David Shestokas, Hearing Officer for the Chicago Board of Elections and former member of President Trump’s legal team, as well as being an expert in elections and the Constitution with 30 years of experience, noted that the U.S Constitution provides plenary power to state legislatures that allows them to oversee elections and choose or withdraw the state’s electors.

Shestokas recently spoke with Jordan Conradson who writes for the Gateway Pundit, about the Constitution and the decertification of a fraudulent election.

“Now, you’re a constitutional expert and an elections expert, what is the role of the state legislature in elections, and what authority does the Constitution grant them?” The reporter asked.

“The role of the state legislators, of course, the founding fathers wanted to put the control of elections as close to the people as possible. And so they set the rules, basically, to allow the state legislatures to pick the times, places, manners, and to regulate elections generally. But when it comes to the situation regarding the electors of the presidential choices of the Electoral College, The Constitution gives the states what they call plenary power. its one of the very few grants of plenary power within the Constitution and by that means the state legislatures have the authority by themselves without the participation of either the executive or the or the judiciary to, in fact, set the standards for choosing electors it’s in Article two, section one, and actually it’s easiest if I just read it directly because it says “each State shall appoint in such manner as the legislature thereof may direct a number of electors equal to the whole number of senators and representatives to which the state may be entitled in Congress,” Shestokas replied.

“So the state legislature has plenary authority over the electors in their state, what will it take to decertify Arizona’s election?” Conradson followed up.

“You know I want to note a couple of days ago, Arizona State Senate President Karen Fann made some comments in response to some questions in an interview about the limits on the power of the Arizona Senate, and I might mention that for the most part 99% of what Senator Fann had to say was correct because when asked about a question about the recall of electors, she said well the Senate doesn’t have that power, she’s correct in that regard because who has the power is the legislature in which case it would be the House and Senate, acting in concert,” the attorney replied.

We need to ensure the individuals responsible for the fraud perpetrated in the 2020 presidential election are held accountable for what they have done. This requires folks to be aware of what’s happening and to apply pressure on the elected officials to get forensic audits in all key battleground states.

Our election system must be repaired before 2024.
