Joe Biden’s foreign policy has been an utter disaster.
Two major wars have broken out on his watch.
And a top Biden official made one shocking statement that could lead to World War III.
In 2016, the D.C. establishment argued that Donald Trump was a madman who would lead America into World War III.
Instead, Trump did not start any new wars, and he reached a détente with North Korea after years of provocation.
Leave it to “the experts”
However, with Joe Biden and “the adults” back in charge, war has broken out in Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
The conflict between Russia and Ukraine is particularly concerning because Russia has more nuclear weapons than any country, and Vladimir Putin has threatened to use them.
Secretary of State Antony Blinken escalated tensions when he flatly said that Ukraine would become a member of NATO.
Putin invaded Ukraine in the first place because the bordering nation joining NATO was a redline for Russia.
Blinken announced in Brussels, “Ukraine, the determination of every country represented here at NATO remains rock-solid. We will do everything we can, allies will do everything that they can, to ensure that Ukraine has what it needs to continue to deal with Russia’s ongoing aggression against Ukraine, an aggression that gets worse with every passing day. Ukraine will become a member of NATO. Our purpose of the summit is to help build a bridge to that membership and to create a clear pathway for Ukraine moving forward. We’ve done a lot of work on that over the last couple of days here in Brussels, a lot more work to be done between now and the summit, but we will see, I think, at the summit very strong support for Ukraine going forward and its relationship with NATO.”
Consequences of Ukraine in NATO
Blinken made the announcement next to Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, who said, “Of course, we believe that Ukraine deserves to be a member of NATO and that this should happen sooner rather than later.”

Back in 2008, current CIA Director William Burns was the U.S. Ambassador to Russia, and he wrote a cable titled, “Nyet Means Nyet: Russia’s NATO Enlargement Redlines.”
In the cable, which was released by WikiLeaks, Burns wrote, “Not only does Russia perceive encirclement, and efforts to undermine Russia’s influence in the region, but it also fears unpredictable and uncontrolled consequences which would seriously affect Russian security interests.”
The Washington, D.C. Swamp knew then and knows now that Ukraine joining NATO would be a dangerous game of brinkmanship, but the Biden administration is doing it regardless.
