Joe Biden and Kamala Harris never made sense. Kamala accused Joe Biden of being a racist and believed Biden was a rapist when it benefitted her politically. Biden keeps thinking Harris is Obama wearing a wig trying to prank him. Biden is believed to only be serving one term. Harris is assumed to have the words “25th Amendment” embroidered on a pillow she may or may not be considering suffocating him with. It’s not surprising the rival camps are each starting to chirp about the other to reporters. Under the condition of anonymity, of course.
Biden’s camp started after Harris’ disastrous trip to Central America, telling reporters they were perplexed at just how bad Kamala Harris is at this. Now we have a former Harris staffer hitting back in this Axios article. Harris made have sh!t the bed in her first major assignment, much like Joe Biden sh!ts his pants. But the bigger problem is Biden doesn’t feel like fixing the border crisis he created himself.
“If you give someone a sh***ty assignment because the president doesn’t want to do it himself, you can’t be mad when the treacherous situation looks treacherous,” said one former aide after word of internal White House criticism toward Harris.
Joe Biden has followed up Kamala’s horrible, terrible, no good, very bad trip with an embarrassing weekend of his own. The two of them are like dueling banjos of incompetence. Only in Biden’s case, he screws up on a weekly basis. Harris made one major mistake and the “White House” got catty about it. How much longer until these Harris insiders are sending clips of Biden’s latest dementia-riddled brain fart to sympathetic reporters? Our president screws something up every time he’s in front of a microphone, so Team Harris has a lot of material to work with.
Less than six months into their administration, the two sides are already attacking each other in the press. You just hate to see it happen.
