Claiming they are representing “communities” that may not actually exist, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) reported that, led by Critical Race Theory (CRT) they would be representing diversity, instead of law enforcement, in a press release on Monday.
“We keep saying that diversity makes us better and stronger,” Director Christopher Wray said in a speech in 2019. “And we keep saying it because it’s true. Just as the entire FBI has to be representative of the diverse people we serve, our leadership ranks have to be representative of the rest of the organization.”

While the FBI’s most visible efforts to promote diversity within the ranks have focused on recruitment to build up the cadre of special agents, intelligence analysts, and professional staff, the Bureau’s executive corridor has undergone a similarly resolute transition to better represent the communities the FBI serves.
To that end, the Director has made signature appointments in recent months of two African Americans and two women—one of them the highest-ever ranking Asian American—to the FBI’s top executive positions, a reflection of his commitment to making the 112-year-old organization more representative and inclusive. The FBI’s current slate of executive assistant directors represents the Bureau’s most diverse leadership team ever. Together, they oversee the full sweep of the FBI’s intelligence, criminal, and cyber functions, as well as human resources and technology.
These appointments reflect the Bureau’s long-term commitment to recruit, train, and advance a talented and diverse workforce. In response to questions from members of Congress recently, Director Wray said there’s still much to be done. “I do believe the FBI needs to be more diverse and more inclusive than it is,” he said on March 2, “and that we need to work a lot harder at that, and we are trying to work a lot harder on that.”

During Police Week, Wray made a major push for the defunding of police departments, while thanking police officers. In an FBI-promoted video, the embattled director of the FBI, who was deeply involved with the overthrow of President Donald J. Trump, canceled events for traditional events that built national unity for police officers.
Wray was rumored to be the focus of Trump in his second term until COIVD and a very strange election displaced Trump’s power.

“2020 was the deadliest year for law enforcement, and 2021 is even grimmer. Officers are dying of COVID exposure,” Wray said.

THE FBI IS RACIST
Media reports were made as recently as last week about the FBI, under Wray to push the idea of elevating skin color, even after years of Affirmative action.
Elevating skin color as a special priority is called racism.

The FBI is looking to hire 1,000 new special agents over the next year, and officials at the Chicago field office say increasing diversity is a priority.
The FBI hopes the initiative goes a long way in recruiting a few good men and women.
“I am very passionate about diversity and inclusion,” said Ami Marayag, FBI Assistant Special Agent in Charge. “Obviously, being an Asian American female, there are different opportunities for us in the FBI that people don’t even think about.”
Marayag, who says her family came to the United States from the Philippines, told WGN that she became an FBI agent 15 years ago after serving as a Marine.
“We emigrated here back in the 80s,” Marayag said. “The government really helped my family out. We were poor, and so it was really one of those things. I thought I should be in the government because they helped my family.”
Marayag now helps to promote the agency’s diversity efforts. Next month, FBI Chicago will host a virtual Diversity Agent Recruitment event.
“During the event, there will be a Twitter feed where we’re going to answer any questions that anybody has,” she said.
It’s part of the FBI’s nationwide push.
“The effort for us to be able to ensure that the FBI’s face is the same as the community’s,” Marayag said. “I think, especially for FBI Chicago, we have a SAC [Special Agent in Charge] who’s very passionate about making sure that diversity and inclusion is always at the forefront of our activities to recruit.”
The current Special Agent in Charge, Emmerson Buie Jr., is the first Black man to hold the position in Chicago. Black, Latino and Asian special agents in the FBI are largely underrepresented, only making up 13 percent of agents in the Chicago office. Over 23 percent are women.”
In other words, racism and sexism is a good thing, when it is being used in an overall Marxist takeover of the United States.
