A suspected member of the notorious MS-13 street gang is accused of sex trafficking a 17-year-old migrant girl he recruited out of a Queens shelter — while still on the lam for allegedly fondling a 9-year-old girl years earlier.
Alfredo Morocho, 37, who was also hit with a bail jumping charge for skipping out on the 2018 child molestation case, is finally being held on Rikers Island without bail, according to officials and court records.
He is now charged with two counts of sex trafficking of a child, five counts of promoting prostitution and two counts of patronizing a person in prostitution in the new case.
