(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – Nobody has been fighting harder for the truth about the COVID-19 global pandemic than Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY).
Earlier this week, Sen. Paul once again sparred with America’s appointed Health Czar Dr. Fauci and called him out over the funding of the Wuhan lab where many suspect the virus originated as part of dangerous “gain of function” research.
The “gain of function” research involves scientists taking viruses that infect animals and mutating and manipulating them to see how they could infect humans and what they results would be.
On Tuesday, during a Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee hearing, Paul tore into Fauci over the NIH’s funding of this laboratory and this research. Tony Fauci was behind this funding and then the US put Tony Fauci in charge of the entire country’s response to the pandemic.
Over the course of the last year, it’s become obvious that Dr. Fauci was behind the funding of this dangerous research and as the head of the US response to the virus he wielded a lot of power in molding and guiding the public’s perception of the virus and its origins.
That sure seems awfully inappropriate.
The only theory that seems to actually make any sense at all is that the virus originated in the Wuhan lab where they had it isolated and were working with it and running experiments to better understand species-to-species transmission.
Dr. Fauci was illegally funding this operation and Sen. Paul attempted to call him out over it Tuesday.
Paul asked Dr. Fauci, “do you still support funding of the NIH funding of the lab in Wuhan?”
The always arrogant Fauci snapped back, “Senator Paul, with all due respect, you are entirely and completely incorrect that the NIH has not ever and does not now fund gain of function research in the Wuhan institute.”
This is a blatant lie.
Tuesday night on Rob Schmitt Tonight, Sen. Paul discussed the hearing and rightfully pointed out that Fauci was lying while under oath.
Paul wasn’t done yet, however. On Thursday morning during an appearance on Fox News, he said that not only was Fauci behind the funding of the dangerous research going on in the Wuhan lab but that Fauci could be culpable for the entire pandemic.
He noted that the person the US government “hired to investigate the lab for the WHO perspective is the guy who gave the money. So NIH gave the money to EcoHealth. The head of EcoHealth – they got him to investigate whether Wuhan was doing anything inappropriate in their lab.”
He went on to point out that the person in charge of the investigation and responsible for the funding would be on the hook should they find that the lab was doing something inappropriate.
It only makes sense that this person would want to cover up the truth about the outbreak’s origins.
Referring to Dr. Fauci, Paul questioned, “Doesn’t he have a self interest in smoothing things over?” adding, “I’m not saying he did cover things up but you wouldn’t appoint someone who is in the line of the supply chain of giving the money to them.”
Sen. Paul concluded, “Ultimately here’s the rub. I don’t know whether it came from the lab. But who could be culpable? Dr. Fauci could be culpable for the entire pandemic.”
Infowars reported in April 2020, the NIH awarded a $3.7 million grant to the Wuhan Institute of Virology to conduct coronavirus gain of function research.
The results of the US-backed gain of function research at the Wuhan lab, which Dr. Fauci was behind funding, was published in 2017 under the heading, “Discovery of a rich gene pool of bat SARS-related coronaviruses provides new insights into the origin of SARS coronavirus.”
The real question is why has it taken so long to hold the NIH and Dr. Fauci responsible for the funding of this dangerous research and the global pandemic that resulted?
Further, why was Dr. Fauci ever put in the position of power he is in?
Things certainly don’t add up. Fortunately there are patriotic Americans like Sen. Paul who are determined to get the truth out.
