Casey DeSantis made it her mission in 2018 to help free tens of thousands of Floridians from the shackles of government dependency.
Instead of depending on the government, DeSantis is helping Floridians achieve “economic self-sufficiency.”
And Casey DeSantis shared six words of advice on creating economic prosperity that every government bureaucrat needs to hear.
Casey DeSantis is a star
After spending the past several months on the Presidential campaign trail, Casey DeSantis is back in Tallahassee with her husband Ron and their three children.
But no longer being on the campaign trail does not mean she has not been busy.
Casey DeSantis is one of her husband’s biggest supporters and has played an active role in his administration since he took office in 2019.
She has always been passionate about children’s mental health issues, improving education, and helping those in need.
Casey DeSantis developed a passion for cancer research after her battle with breast cancer in 2022 and secured millions of dollars in funding in the state budget.
The Hope Florida Fund is an initiative created by Casey DeSantis that brings public and private sectors together to help families in need.
According to Casey DeSantis, after her husband’s victory in 2018, she decided to find a way to help give hard-working Floridians the tools needed to achieve “economic self-sufficiency” and live the “American Dream.”
Casey DeSantis: “Get government out of the way!”
But unlike other programs, the Hope Florida Fund does not rely on big government or taxpayer dollars.
It brings public and private sectors together to help families in need by “getting government out of the way.”
When the government is out of the way, DeSantis said individuals step up and take care of those in need.
“We’ve found that once local community organizations learn of struggling moms, dads and their children, neighbors won’t let that family go hungry or homeless again,” Casey DeSantis previously said about Hope Florida.
So far, Hope Florida has been wildly successful at helping people break free from government dependency.
In fact, Casey DeSantis just announced that nearly 20,000 people have been transitioned away from depending on the government for survival.
“Since its inception, Hope Florida will have transitioned nearly 20,000 Floridians off of government assistance and on to a pathway to prosperity and economic self-sufficiency so they can achieve the American dream,” she wrote in a post on X.
