Former Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel has joined NBC and MSNBC as an on-air contributor.
“It couldn’t be a more important moment to have a voice like Ronna’s on the team,” wrote Carrie Budoff Brown, who oversees NBC News political coverage in a memo, according to the New York Times . She added that McDaniel would provide “an insider’s perspective on national politics and the future of the Republican Party.”
McDaniel is expected to be involved in the coverage of the 2024 election season, including election nights. She will reportedly debut on NBC on the upcoming Sunday edition of “Meet the Press.”
