Black driver unleashes racist tirade on Hispanic L.A. County deputy: ‘You’ll never be white’

LOS ANGELES, CAA black woman reportedly pulled over by a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputy for allegedly using a cellphone while driving unleashed a racist tirade aimed at the deputy.

Obtained video shows the woman calling the deputy a “murderer” and also telling him that he’ll always “be a Mexican,” and that he’ll “never be white.”

Surprisingly, numerous media outlets blurred out the woman’s face and many outlets, such as ABC, did not mention in their reporting that the driver is a woman of color.

The video in question shows a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputy pulling over a woman driving a white Mercedes, with the deputy pulling the woman over for allegedly using your cell phone while operating a motor vehicle.

But the civil infractions that allegedly preempted the traffic stop is not what is causing this story to gain national attention. Rather, it was the actions of this woman who proclaimed to be a teacher while delivering a tirade of racially inflammatory statements directed toward the deputy.

Fox News’ Bill Melugin was the individual that initially obtained this footage depicting the unidentified woman and a deputy, who Melugin says the 14-year deputy had exclusively provided him with this footage.

Reportedly this unnamed deputy had been utilizing a personal bodycam in order to “protect himself from false allegations,” when engaging the public during his duties.

This woman was audibly irate during the entirety of the interaction with the deputy, which when the deputy asked for her driver’s license, she snapped back saying:

“It’s at my apartment, and I am perfectly legal and I am a teacher.”

The woman also accused the deputy of trying to kill her and her child, literally calling the deputy a “murderer.”

Another deputy was on scene, explaining why the woman was receiving a citation related to her cellphone usage, which she abruptly cut the deputy off, saying:

“For him being a Mexican racist? What is that name?”

As she’s handing the clip board back to the deputy, she then says:

“Here you go, Mexican racist. You’re always going to be a Mexican – you’ll never be white. You know that, right? You’ll never be white, which is what you really want to be. You wanna be white, you wanna be white so bad.”

L.A. County Sheriff Alex Villanueva commented on the interaction between the woman and the deputy, saying:

“She claims to be a teacher. I’m not so sure where she is teaching…but if she represents her profession, is that an indictment on her profession and the caliber of people? You have one incident like George Floyd….but some people want to label the entire profession as if everyone was a Derek Chauvin.”

Sheriff Villanueva added, in light of the fact that the driver was a person of color, that racism is not a character trait exclusive to one race:

“It shows you that bigotry, racism comes in all colors and all ages — that’s proof of that right there. If you want to call all of the deputies murderers, unfortunately, you are doing the exact same thing you’re accusing other people of doing against your own kind.”

The woman seen in the video apparently called the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department’s internal affairs office to file a harassment complaint against the deputy seen in the video.

Apparently, the LASD noted that the woman seen in the video has a history of filing false or frivolous claims against deputies.

In other news related to Los Angeles, city officials are coming under fire for allegedly trying to ‘hide’ the homeless population while the city hosted the 93rd Academy Awards.

Here’s that previous report.

LOS ANGELES, CA– The 93rd Academy Awards has come under fire as the city of Los Angeles is being accused of hiding the homeless as Hollywood prepared to toast itself ahead of the Oscar’s on Sunday, April 25th.

According to reports, for the first time in its history, the celebrity-studded ceremony was being held at Union Station in Los Angeles, which is an area replete with homelessness. However, come Oscar Sunday, the homeless was not seen anywhere near Union Station.

DJ, a man living in a tent in downtown Los Angeles said:

“They came to us about a week ago saying that we had to move by Friday 6 p.m. because they were trying to clean up for the Oscars and they told us if we didn’t move, they were gonna just demolish our stuff.”

DJ stated, however, that the city did offer an option. He said:

“They forced us to the Grand Hotel on 3rd and Figueroa and they kicked everybody out of Union Station so it looks better for the image.”

Andy Bales of Union Rescue Mission, an organization dedicated to helping the homeless through food, shelter, education, counseling, and long-term recovery programs, said that he is not exactly surprised by the city’s actions.

He said anytime there is a big national event, Los Angeles tries to sweep its homeless problem under the rug. He said:

“We shouldn’t be about putting on a good show, we should be about doing good for our brothers and sisters, our neighbors who are suffering on our streets.”

Los Angeles city council member Kevin De Leon denied the claims, saying:

“While the 93rd Academy Awards are being held at Union Station this year and despite irresponsible rumors, no unhoused residents are being forced to relocate.”

He added:

“Since being sworn in, my office has been painstakingly working to house those experiencing homelessness throughout my district and we were able to offer housing options to unhoused residents in the vicinity of Union Station.”

DJ offered the following advice to the city of Los Angeles:

“If you’re gonna have your awards show, don’t have it were the homeless people are and you don’t have to worry about it.”

Reportedly, a massive wall of security fencing has been erected around the event venue and while the homeless were ushered elsewhere, celebrities present at the Oscars enjoyed gift bags containing free liposuction, designer skin creams, gold-plated cannabis vaporizers, affirmation candles, vegan bubble bath, IV vitamin infusions, and more.

On Tuesday, April 20th, a federal judge overseeing a sweeping lawsuit about homelessness in Los Angeles ordered the city and county to find shelter for all unhoused residents of Skid Row by October.

The judge’s filing was made one day after Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti vowed to spend nearly $1 billion in the coming year to get people off the streets. The judge has since ordered that $1 billion to be placed in escrow, with a spending plan “accounted for and reported to the Court within seven days.”

Skip Miller, an attorney representing LA County said that the judge’s order “goes well beyond” what the plaintiffs asked for in their preliminary injunction. He said:

“We’re not evaluating our options, including the possibility of an appeal.”

Miller added that the county has spent millions on “proven strategies” that have “produced measurable results” throughout the region, not just on Skid Row.

Reportedly, earlier in the year, the judge called all parties to a hearing outside of a Skid Row shelter and said that if politicians could not provide solutions, he would explore what powers the court has to order and oversee remedies.
