The Times Are A Changing With Roger Stone and General Mike Flynn, Rally To Focus On Activism

What opponents of President Donald J. Trump call a “personality cult” or a wild group of “conspiracy kooks” is becoming a mature, well organized, and well thought out movement that began at our American Revolution in 1776 and exists today with people like General Mike Flynn and Political icon Roger Stone.

“This is a fight between good and evil. There is a path forward,” Stone said at a recent patriot rally in Florida, where Stone and Flynn together pushed back on the left’s narrative of “conspiracy” and called for people to engage in more political activism than ever to save America.

“MAGA Celebrities” are being joined by the MAGA working-class in unity to demand their individual sovereignty from an invasive government. It is a Populist movement. And it isn’t new at all.  Populist, in part, means it includes Democrats and Republicans, and they are all mad as heck at Washington DC, just like they were in 1976.

“In 1976, Pat Caddell was a young renegade political operative who propelled Jimmy Carter to the White House as an anti-establishment man of the people. Forty years later, an outcast from both parties, he foretold how Trump could tap into that same anger to win the presidency,” Jordon Michael Smith wrote about Caddell, a Democrat, who was a brilliant pollster and pundit.

Consider that Democrat Mike Flynn, a bold defender of Trump, has been encouraging citizen participation in journalism and media for years with his “Digital Soilders” movement.  Flynn, who also started “Fight Like A  Flynn” to defend Trump during the months after the 2020 election, also encouraged people to seek office and to get active in political parties, running for GOP party positions.

Stone, who is most likely the most persecuted political icon in America, has been active with the grassroots for as long as he has been in the spotlight.  His unique and brilliant political theater has focused countless Americans on the misdeeds of dubious politicians.

Flynn is now joined by political icon Roger Stone, whose top political experience in the highest offices spans decades.  With Stone in partnership with Flynn, it means people will be fired up and equipped to get into political life, to the point that it could be an instant recipe.  Just “add people” and win elections again.

Roger Stone can draw a crowd like no one else in the MAGA movement, I have seen.  There is still an intense public interest in whatever Stone is doing. Flynn can draw people like Stone, the allure of the two of them together is simply remarkable.

The Herald-Tribune wrote about the “future of the MAGA movement,” starting with a Flynn-Stone rally held in a parking lot on April 24. A local organizer hosted the event, which focused on keeping supporters of Trump’s engaged in the political process.

“There is no more just sitting around and talking,” Flynn said at the rally. “You have to now stand and do.”

During the 1960s,  a time many of our country’s most deceitful, diabolical, and manipulative boomers learned how to form an insurrection against the United States government. At the time, many activists turned politicans were born.

Think Hillary Clinton and John Kerry, as two of the most greedy politicians to come out of the hippie movement. They are just the tip of the iceberg that has destroyed so much of the America that we love.

Author Trevor Loudon connects the dots between many Marxist-Communist movements to the traitor in DC, and talks about the powerful boomers in the 1960’s who introduced ties to actual Communists in his book White House Reds.  As he illustrates. we are up against a powerful enemy. We need an equally powerful movement to push back.

Times are changing back in our direction because of the focus of activism, thanks in great part to Flynn and Stone, who are using their ability to draw crowds, and their platforms to point people to the activism that is needed to save America.

As a former Community Organizer, who has been ringing the bell in the public square about the plans of the left since I met Andrew Breitbart in the early 1990s,  and someone who has tried to work within the GOP parties for over a decade to do what is unfolding right now- I urge readers to take notice of the activist movement that is unfolding and understanding that this one has real legs. It is because so many powerful people, like Stone and Flynn, are unifying people on a common message and they are focused on action.

  1. Because more people now understand that they are being lied to and used by the established order and are in pain about it.  2. Because with pinpoint accuracy, activists are getting into powerful positions and remaking the institutions from school boards to entire political parties. 3. Because voters are staying engaged.

Just like the patriots of old, when they were mocked by the Birts for thinking a group of farmers and regular people could beat the greatest military on earth, we need to turn it all back around on them.

“At the time, Great Britain fielded the most powerful army and navy in the world. Their officers and well-trained troops felt little fear of the Minutemen—colonial farmers and townsfolk who volunteered as soldiers.”

Instead of soldiers- we need activists. It is actually much easier this way.

So readers, please remember this, when the opponents of Trump’s American First agenda call you names, they are trying to dispirit you for their own power. Ignore them and, instead, run for office, get involved in citizen journalism, citizen activism at every level of the political process, and know that you are a part of something huge. Look no further than Caddell’s legacy to see that the movement has been around for a long time.

“From all of the years of polling Americans, they have told Caddell they are alienated from their political system. Caddell became famous for guiding little-known one-term Georgia Gov. Jimmy Carter to the presidency in 1976 on a wave of public disillusionment with national institutions post–Watergate and Vietnam. He worked for candidates who were outsiders, underdog politicians who upended Beltway thinking by bashing the Beltway. “His genius was to figure out how to first attract this alienated vote and then turn it into an antiestablishment campaign,” analyst Bill Schneider once said.

Caddell’s alienated electorate reached its apex with Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign. The white people who despise a Washington that once worked for them lost faith in an America that once supported them and felt betrayed by a country they sacrificed for. “Pat in 1979 was a prophet seeing what’s going on now,” says Hertzberg. “The crisis of confidence in American institutions has bubbled ever since then and seems to have boiled over with Trump.”

In other words, we have been here before. Bob Dylan even wrote a song about it, except now we are going to turn it around and make it work for us.  After all, that is what real rebels do.

Come gather ’round people
Wherever you roam
And admit that the waters
Around you have grown
And accept it that soon
You’ll be drenched to the bone
If your time to you is worth savin’
And you better start swimmin’
Or you’ll sink like a stone

For the times they are a-changin’
Come writers and critics
Who prophesize with your pen
And keep your eyes wide
The chance won’t come again
And don’t speak too soon
For the wheel’s still in spin
And there’s no tellin’ who
That it’s namin’
For the loser now
Will be later to win
For the times they are a-changin’
Come senators, congressmen
Please heed the call
Don’t stand in the doorway
Don’t block up the hall
For he that gets hurt
Will be he who has stalled
The battle outside ragin’
Will soon shake your windows
And rattle your walls
For the times they are a-changin’
Come mothers and fathers
Throughout the land
And don’t criticize
What you can’t understand
Your sons and your daughters
Are beyond your command
Your old road is rapidly agin’
Please get out of the new one
If you can’t lend your hand
For the times they are a-changin’
The line it is drawn
The curse it is cast
The slow one now
Will later be fast
As the present now
Will later be past
The order is rapidly fadin’
And the first one now
Will later be lastFor the times they are a-changin’
