It’s payback time for January 6 protesters who were framed and wrongfully accused by the deep state as they hit US Capitol police with an 80-page J6 class action lawsuit brought by the imprisoned J6 political prisoners.
On Thursday night, a conservative process server, who went by the name “MAGA Serves,” visited the home of Mr. Thomas A. Dibiase, the lead attorney for the Capitol Police.
Dibiase opened the door and met the process server with a stunned look on his face as he got served by the J6 protesters.
The lead counsel, along with his clients, was slapped with a multimillion-dollar lawsuit by some two dozen J6 patriots who signed as plaintiffs.
The US Capitol Police has committed the most violent attack on democratic rights among the J6 defendants, including failing to warn before firing their guns with rubber bullets and flash grenades.
The protesters, who were gathered outside the capitol, had not been forewarned as the capitol police rained them with blasts, bullets, and gas.
What triggered the crowd was when elements of Capitol police aimed and threw a grandmother down twice.
The charges filed against the police were misconduct, gross indifference, dereliction of duty, police brutality, and injury among hundreds of peaceful demonstrators on January 6.
Edward Jacob Lang tells Real America’s Voice that the J6 patriots are suing 21 Capitol officers for “millions of dollars in damages.”
In a phone interview, he remarked that over 78 January 6 defendants are set to claim “millions of dollars in damages and injuries that the Capitol Police caused us—I mean, horrible.”
Lang, who was 25 during the demonstration, added that while he languishes in prison, the real criminals are still out there.
“I got shot in the foot with a rubber bullet, other people were bludgeoned nearly to death, hit with chemical spray, and had long-lasting lung effects, and so… we are now serving 21 defendants… Capitol Police officers, Capitol Police officials.”
The lawsuit was filed by J6Legal.org and has been picked up by conservative lawyers Attorney Stefanie Lambert and Russell Newman.
Before this, family members of Ashli Babbitt also charged the US government with a $30 million wrongful death lawsuit.
Members of the US Capitol police shot and killed an unarmed Babbit.
According to her family, she was unarmed and had her hands in the air when Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd shot and killed her.
Lt. Byrd, as stated in the lawsuit, confessed later on that he fired upon Ashli before seeing her hands or assessing her attention.
