The Big Tech Crusade To Silence Trump Continues, YouTube Makes This Shady Move Citing “Presidential Election Integrity Policy”

(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – The largest video sharing platform in the history of the internet has been systematically removing videos advocating for the protection of election integrity and silencing a former President of the United States under their “election integrity policy.”

I don’t know about you, but it seems to me the folks over at Google-owned YouTube don’t actually know what “election integrity” means.

What do you think?

YouTube has removed an interview with former President Donald Trump by Newsmax with the claim that it violated its standards over election fraud allegations.

This is sheer insanity—can people not interview people and share their responses on YouTube? Where did free speech go? How is anyone supposed to use these platforms to report the news if these platforms are curating what the subject of a given news interview can say?!

Are we no longer allowed to watch videos of Hitler’s speeches to learn about the rise of an evil dictator?

Even if what President Trump has alleged were entirely false, the precedent of removing a video because it expressed a certain viewpoint indicates plainly and undeniably they’re ready to silence any opinion they disagree with.

The interview in question aired on Wednesday and included comments from Trump in which he affirmed that he believed he legitimately won the 2020 election.

Millions of Americans agree.

Nonetheless, as YouTube told The Epoch Times: “We have clear Community Guidelines that govern what videos may stay on YouTube, and we enforce our Community Guidelines consistently, regardless of speaker and without regard to political viewpoints.”

“In accordance with our presidential election integrity policy, we removed this video from the Newsmax TV channel,” the company rep told the outlet.

President Trump himself has already been completely banned from using the platform, having been kicked off for being in violation of the site’s “policies for inciting violence.”

The platform also removed a video of President Trump’s impeachment lawyer making his opening statement in December, something which would have gone on official congressional records but is apparently too risqué for a website that has been accused more than once of doing too little to mitigate child exploitation and perverse content aimed at small children being uploaded from the platform.

Interestingly enough, what could be making the Silicon Valley tech giants sweat is that Trump also noted he is considering starting his own social media platform.

“We’re negotiating with a number of people, and there’s also the other option of building your own site,” he said.
