The following article, Flashback: Joe Boasts About Helping ‘Women of Color’ from ‘the Hood’ Learn to Code, was first published on Flag And Cross.
*Originally published May 2019* Although Joe Biden firmly remains the 2020 Democrat frontrunner, he may not find himself in that position for very long. Day after day, year after year, the former vice president finds a way to commit a bigger gaffe.
For President Trump, Biden is the gift that keeps on giving.
Here’s just another example, via Free Beacon:
Former vice president Joe Biden cited his work in the Obama administration helping “women of color” from “the hood” learn how to code on Friday.
Biden, who announced his bid for the 2020 presidential nomination last month, told an Iowa audience it was important for American workers displaced by globalization to adapt to the new, tech-centered economy. To illustrate the point, Biden described a visit he made to Detroit, Mich., as vice president where he saw first hand how local entrepreneurs trained citizens from economically distressed communities to “code.”
Biden said, “Through a program we had, through community colleges, we said look put together a program for us where we can teach people how to code. We went out, literally into the hood, and they found, turns out, 54 [individuals], they happened to be all women, the vast majority were women of color, no one with more than a high school degree, aged 24-to-54, and almost a third of them only had a GED.”
Back in 2014, Biden spoke at the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Joe made it abundantly clear, noting that illegal aliens are already American citizens.
Biden noted, “You know, 11 million people live in the shadows. I believe they’re already American citizens. These people are just waiting, waiting for a chance to contribute fully. And by that standard, 11 million undocumented aliens are already Americans, in my view.”
Would Democrats be all in favor of illegal immigration if the majority of illegals voted Republican?
Biden was recently in Germany, bashing America because doing so on U.S. soil just isn’t enough.
According to Biden, the United States is “an embarrassment.”

Hasn’t anyone told Joe that the economy is thriving, there’s no risk of nuclear war with North Korea, and that minority unemployment is at record lows?
That’s allllll because of President Trump and Republican policies, Joe.
Barack Obama’s VP sure seems to want to run for president against Donald Trump in 2020. He just hasn’t made it completely official yet.
According to Biden, though, he’s the “most qualified person in the country to be president.”
From Fox News:
Former Vice President Joe Biden said he would decide if he’s running for president in 2020 soon. But in the meantime, he’s confident he is up for the job.
Biden: “I think I’m the most qualified person in the country to be president. The issues that we face as a country today are the issues that I’ve worked on my whole life.”
While campaigning for Democrat Senator Heidi Heitkamp in North Dakota in 2018, Biden suggested her opponent, Republican Rep. Kevin Cramer, be beat up.
Biden: “As my brother, who loves to use lines from movies, a John Wayne movie, there’s a good line in a movie, a John Wayne movie where the Indian chief turns to John Wayne and says ‘this is a lying dog-faced pony soldier.’”
He continued: “Well, let me tell ya, these guys are [inaudible], they just stand up, flat out, stand up and say things that are absolutely mind-boggling,” Biden continued. “I love this one on trade, this I love, and by the way, I told you I come from an agricultural state, I don’t know how you can possibly get elected in an agricultural state with the things he is saying.”
