Georgia Secretary of State: 1,000 residents voted twice in primary, which is a felony in the state

ATLANTA, GA –For the past few months, democratic leaders and the mainstream media have told everyone who will listen that voting by mail is perfectly safe.

They say there is no election fraud and any claim of that is a lie from President Donald Trump and Republicans.

Yet, time and time again there are reports of exactly what we are told does not exist, voter fraud

Recently, Law Enforcement Today has learned of yet another case, in Georgia.

The State Election Board for Georgia has recently referred almost 100 cases of suspected fraud to the Secretary of State, Republican Brad Raffensperger.  Some of these reports include received votes from people who have been deceased.

On September 11th, Raffensperger’s office reported that the State Election Board processed a total of 98 cases in what they refer to as “voting administration and integrity issues.”  Some of these cases span back as far as the 2014 midterm elections.

The claim is that people were knowingly double-voting, voting on behalf of their children, and in some cases voting for people who are dead.  Raffensperger said:

“Protecting the integrity of the vote is my highest priority as Georgia’s chief elections official.  A fraudulent vote dilutes the power of those voters who follow the rules and undermines the fundamental democratic idea of one person, one vote.  As Secretary of State, I will investigate any and all attempts to delegitimize elections in Georgia.”

Investigators who were working the suspect fraud noted a few different cases, one each in Putnam and Murray County.  In these cases, it is alleged that the voter intentionally and knowingly voted twice in the 2016 general election.

The claim is that these two people somehow took advantage of worker errors or some type of glitches in the election system to vote twice.  These two cases were referred to the Attorney General for possible prosecution.

Another example was in Twiggs County, also during the 2016 statewide general primary election.  In this case, the allegation is one person illegally registered two children, who were convicted felons and unable to vote.  Once they were registered, the woman requested absentee ballots for them and cast a vote for each on their behalf.

This woman then took the ballots, allegedly illegally signing the oath attesting that she was the person identified on the ballot.  Once this was done, she allegedly cast both illegal absentee votes.  This case was also referred for possible prosecution.

The State Election Board released a statement that read:

“Georgia is recognized as a national leader in elections.  It was the first state in the country to implement the trifecta of automatic voter registration, at least 16 days of early voting (which has been called the “gold standard”), and no excuse absentee voting.

“Georgia continues to set records for voter turnout and election participation, seeing the largest increase in average turnout of any other state in the 2018 midterm election and record primary turnout in 2020, with over 1.1 million absentee by mail voters and over 1.2 million in-person voters utilizing Georgia’s new, secure, paper ballot voting system.”

This news from Georgia comes after Raffensperger reported to Breitbart news that 1,000 people allegedly voted twice in the June statewide primary election.  According to Breitbart, out of the 1,000 illegally cast votes, 58% them voted for democrats.  Raffensperger said:

“While the investigation is still ongoing, initial results show that of the partisan ballots at issue, approximately 58% were Democratic ballots.”

Raffensperger said that these double votes were done by people who had voted by mail-in ballot and then again in person at the polls.  Although many of these people were stopped from voting a second time, the Atlanta Journal Constitution reported that election officials were unable to stop everyone.

Raffensperger said:

“A double voter knows exactly what they’re doing, diluting the votes of each and every voter that follows the law…Those that make the choice to game the system are breaking the law.  And as secretary of state, I will not tolerate it.”

Mail-in voting scheme: report shows that more than 550,000 mail-in ballots were rejected across America

This editorial is brought to you by a staff writer for Law Enforcement Today.

WASHINGTON DC – You would think that preserving the integrity of the election would be a top priority for everyone.

Your vote is important and it counts, unless it was on one of the more than 550,000 mail-in ballots that were rejected nationwide, so far, this primary season.

Even liberal groups like “Rock the Vote” are encouraging people to vote in person, rather than trusting the mail-in system.

A report by NPR details the number of ballots rejected in the presidential primary by state.  They go on to say that most are being rejected because the signature doesn’t match the signature on file or because it is missing all together.

Many ballots are also rejected because they arrive too late.  Add that to the outright malfeasance by some postal workers and the entire vote by mail scheme becomes a recipe for certain disaster.

The beleaguered U.S. Postal service reported a net loss of $8.8 billion for fiscal year 2019 and is now requesting a $75 billion dollar bail out.  We’ve seen reports of mail being dumped in alleys and dumpsters abound.  A report from CBS Local Chicago in February of 2020 was one of many incidents reported.

Chelsea Johnson, a victim of the Chicago mail dump, said she might not have ever heard from her niece at army basic training.

“How dare someone throw our important mail in the garbage can,” asked Johnson. “She was struggling. And she needed me. For two weeks, I was supposed to be on my knees praying for her.”

So she and her husband gathered some of the other tax documents, checks, letters. With this being a federal crime, they called 911.

“For the past week, we didn’t get mail three times! Three times we did not receive mail,” Johnson said.

Postal workers dumping mail out of sheer laziness or for more nefarious reasons is nothing new.

While all of this is going on the post office is actively trying to hide the problems and begging for relief from their mismanagement in the form of a “Covid” relief grant.

But, to be sure, the issue goes way beyond the post office.  Over half a million mail in ballots that were rejected had to first make it to their intended place of purpose prior to being rejected.  While some of the ones rejected for being late could be attributed to the post office, most were likely just sent in too late to get there.

So, what’s the solution?  Well, according to democrats, states need to extend the mail-in ballot deadlines.  They also want the witness and notary requirements waived.

In fact, they are in court in more than half of the states in the country to accomplish just that.  In some states, they have already won.

It is important to understand this.  Democrats’ solutions to some of the voting issues are as follows:  Lower the voting age to 16.  Do not require identification.  Allow people to vote by mail without verifying their identity.  Allow people who are residents, but not citizens to vote, heck California wants to allow people here illegally to hold elected office.

Oh, and about those 550,000 ballots that were rejected, Democrats wants people to have a do-over.  That’s right.  If you filled out your ballot wrong, the whole process should be held up so you can fix it, according to the NPR report cited earlier.

One would think that a party so concerned with the possibility of Russia putting fake ads on social media might be more worried about integrity in the election process.  Additionally, the party of academia should really know how to fill out a ballot.

Many of the people crying and protesting probably aren’t old enough to remember the great Florida recount of 2020 and the battle of the hanging chads.

Those ballots were cast in person and still there was doubt and a big mess that threw the country into turmoil for five weeks, ending with a Supreme Court decision.  Adding unvetted mail-in ballots that may or may not get to the polling place is a recipe for certain disaster.

Recently, in New Hampshire, the Dartmouth College Democrats sent emails to out-of-state students encouraging them to vote absentee in New Hampshire.  Granite Grok posted the text of the email on their site.  So, if Biff from California messes up his New Hampshire ballot, should we hold up the count till he fixes it?

Frankly, Donald Trump Jr. is right.  If you can loot in person, you can vote in person.

Furthermore, you should WANT to vote in person.  If you want your vote to count, be there.  It might be the most important thing you do this year.

Postmaster General explains riots are slowing down mail delivery. But hey… mail-in voting, right? (Op-ed)

As per the usual, Democrats are trying to deny facts, and paint President Trump as the villain, this time with mail-in-voting.

President Trump has been outspoken on his concern that mail-in-voting is not accurate, can come with a variety of flaws, and is vulnerable to mail fraud.

However, Democrats, whether they truly believe it or just want to continue the trend of denouncing everything the President says, disagree, and say that mail-in-voting is flawless and an accurate form of voting.

Democrats have been pushing the agenda of mail-in-voting, claiming it is unsafe to vote in person due to COVID-19, despite the fact that experts have said voting in person, while adhering to the same guidelines as every other public activity, poses no greater risk.

Taking out all of the typical reasons the mail-in-voting system could go awry, the country is now facing raging riots and violence in cities all across the U.S., which is adding to the trouble the post offices are facing.

Postmaster General Louis DeJoy told lawmakers on August 24th, that the riots raging across the U.S. cities are putting postal workers lives at risk, in addition to causing mail delivery delays.

DeJoy said:

“Any kind of rioting does produce delays with any type of public service,”

It is convenient that the cities experiencing the violent riots are run by Democrats, who refuse to acknowledge there is a problem.

When referring to the riots, DeJoy exclaimed:

“Yes, it would slow down the mail,”

He added that the violence taking place in the cities  “absolutely” endangers the safety of the person delivering the mail.

Democrats have also accused President Trump of removing mailboxes in an effort to “sabotage” the mail-in-voting process. However, the Postmaster General commented on this, and had a slightly different reason, stating:

“There are … [certain] procedures that we have for situations — for public unrest that we deploy [for] a variety of different things up to and including getting our collection boxes out of there when it happens,”

So once again, blaming the President for something that he has nothing to do with, while in fact the Democrats are the ones who are inadvertently to blame for allowing the riots to rage in their cities.

Republican Garry Palmer provided pictures depicting a post office “burned-out” by rioters in Minneapolis, and explained:

“This is a picture of the burned-out post office in Minneapolis, okay? There was mail in that post office that was lost. There may have been prescription drugs that were lost. There may have been Social Security checks in that office that were lost.

“It is a fact that not only is the mail delivery delayed when you have anarchists laying siege to cities all over the country, it endangers postal workers, delivery people. It may have endangered people’s lives who were not able to get their medicine because it burned up in the Minneapolis post office. That’s not funny.”

According to Breibart, the Postmaster General explained that removing mailboxes from low traffic areas and mail sorting machines when there was a decline in mail volume was part of a long-standing policy that preceded the Trump administration.

Not one Democrat asked about the potential risk riots pose to USPS personnel and mail delivery

LET Unity

Here is more on the debacle that is the mail-in-voting process.

In this country, mail-in voting is supposed to be an accurate and acceptable way to vote. However, a recent experiment carried out by a local new station, had a very different result.

Although voting by mail seems as easy as mailing a letter, it might not be that simple. The timelines and protocols vary from state to state in regards to sending and receiving mail in ballots. According to CBSNews, in 2016, more than 73,000 out of 33 million mail-in ballots arrived too late to be counted.

Give the national situation with the coronavirus, mail-in voting is expected to be the preferred form of voting this year. Given that, “CBS This Morning” created an experiment, sending out 100 mock ballots, simulating 100 voters in locations across Philadelphia. This experiment was designed to see how long one should allow themselves, to ensure their vote counts.

Tammy Patrick, a former Arizona election official told “CBS This Morning”:

“We’re gonna see somewhere between probably 80 and 100 million voters receiving their ballot that way,”

CBSNews explained their process:

For the experiment, a P.O. box was set up to represent a local election office. A few days after the initial ballots were mailed, 100 more were sent.

The mock ballots used the same size envelope and same class of mail as real ballots, and even had mock votes folded in to approximate the weight. The biggest difference: real mail-in ballots have a logo that is meant to expedite them. “CBS This Morning” was unable to include those the trial.

When the P.O. box was checked a week after the initial ballots were mailed, most of them seemed to be missing.

When asked about the missing ballots, a postal worker said:

“I don’t see anything back there for you,”

When pressed, the postal worker said:

“That’s all I have back there right now.”

After asking for a manager and explaining the situation, amazingly the ballots were found.

The postal worker said:

“They had them somewhere else,”

In addition to mis-sorted mail, there was another problem- missing ballots. Out of the 100 votes that were mailed out, only 97 had arrived successfully to the post office. This means, that about 3% of voters did not have their votes counted, which could be a make or break percentage when it comes to voting.

As the experiment continued, the second batch of ballots were counted four days after being mailed, and only about 21% had arrived at the post office.

According to Postal Service recommendations:

“voters should mail their return ballots at least one week prior to the due date.”

However, nearly half of all states still allow voters to request ballots less than a week before the election.

According to Tammy Patrick, many states’ mail-in voting policies simply do not take the postal system into account, considering nearly half of all states still allow ballot requests less than a week before the election.

Patrick explained:

“So states like Ohio, you can request your ballot on Saturday up until noon for Tuesday’s election,”

She went on to say:

“And that is the worst possible thing… you are setting up the voters with false expectations, and you’re setting them up to fail.”

Some Americans say they are hesitant to trust the U.S. Postal Service, despite pandemic concerns.

When asked, mostly all who were interviewed said, they are worried or concerned about the efficiency of the US Mail system.

According to CBSNews, after nearly 15,000 votes arrived late in Philadelphia’s June primary, Deeley, who helps oversee elections, said voters are right to be wary.

She said:

“I can guarantee that I’m gonna get you your ballot, and if I get it back in time, it’s gonna be counted,”

She continued:

“But I have no way of guaranteeing what happens in the postal service.”

The postmaster general declined “CBS This Morning’s” request for an interview, but in an emailed statement, the postal service said it was “committed to delivering election mail in a timely manner.”

You can read the US Postal Services full statement here.

More than 16 million mail-in ballots went missing between 2016 and 2018. Wonder why Democrats are pushing for mail-in voting?

Research shows that between the 2016 and 2018 elections, a healthy amount of mail-in ballots went missing in some way or another.

Over 16 million ballots to be precise, between the two election years.

When reviewing the 2018 midterm elections, approximately 42.4 million ballots were mailed out to registered voters. Out of all those mail-in ballots shot out to voters, about 1 million were “undeliverable,” over 430,000 were listed as “rejected,” and 10.5 million simply went missing.

Each and every time something like that transpires, it can be exploited.

Going back to the infamous 2016 election, roughly 41.6 million ballots were sent out to registered voters. In that instance, about 320,000 were “rejected,” over 568,000 mail-in ballots were described as “undeliverable,” and nearly 6 million ballots went missing overall.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation conducted the immense study pertaining to mail-in ballots, exposing the obvious flaws that exist on the smaller scale versus what’s being suggested by Democrats today.

J. Christian Adams, who serves as the president of the Public Interest Legal Foundation, stated the following about the findings:

“These represent 16 million opportunities for someone to cheat. Absentee ballot fraud is the most common; the most expensive to investigate; and can never be reversed after an election. The status quo was already bad for mail balloting. The proposed emergency fix is worse.”

The logic presented by Adams is spot on. If the current system of mail-in ballots shows already creates easy exploits for voter fraud, expanding the system only expands the gaps and vulnerabilities.

Certain areas during the 2018 midterms were hit harder than other for missing ballots. For instance, various counties in California saw over 3 million missing ballots in 2018, with 1.4 million of those intended only for Los Angeles, California.

Also, Maricopa County, Arizona had over 400,000 missing ballots in 2018; as well as King County, Washington losing around 353,000 in 2018.

That a lot of room for fraud to occur.

We even have a recent example stemming from Wisconsin, where hundreds of absentee ballots simply went undelivered. Then, they were magically discovered after local voting deadlines had passed.

Republican Sen. Dan Feyen commented on the situation with missing absentee ballots in the state:

“I learned today that the (Wisconsin Elections Commission) received a call from a postal service worker informing them 3 large tubs of absentee ballots from Oshkosh and Appleton, were just located.”

Meagan Wolfe, an administrator for the WEC, said she was communicating with the U.S. Postal Service about what might have gone wrong. So far, she hasn’t gotten any suitable response to satisfy ongoing inquiries:

“We don’t have answers on that at this point.”

But sure, mail-in voting would be perfectly fine for the national election later this year.

When President Trump was recently pressed by CNN’s Jim Acosta to deliver proof that voter fraud was a thing, Trump hit him with some hard facts.

It’s no secret that Jim Acosta of CNN continually inserts himself as a sparring partner for President Trump, usually in a very disrespectful, showboating sort of manner.

Recently, Jim Acosta called out the Trump administration and re-election campaign over statements made concerning mail-in ballots and how they would serve to perpetuate voter fraud.

Acosta called the notion out as fake news.

Charlie Spiering of Brietbart reports that Acosta demanded (?) evidence of such voter fraud – and the Trump group appeared happy to oblige.

During a White House press briefing, Acosta insisted that “all the experts say voter fraud is rare.” He continued:

“You’ve been talking about voter fraud since the beginning of this administration and where is the evidence of it?”

Trump replied:

“I think there’s a lot of evidence, but we’ll provide you with some, okay?”

Trump then referenced nine people charged in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas with “vote harvesting” mail-in ballots.

Another reference included a person from New York who was stealing and submitting absentee ballots.

A person is Pennsylvania was caught receiving at least 7 ballots in the mail at the same address.  The campaign also referenced a report by the Heritage Foundation that documented more than 1,000 proven cases of voter fraud.

The campaign also told of an expert in the field who said that although voter fraud is rare, “the most common type of such fraud in the United States involves absentee ballots.”

Trump 2020 campaign manager Brad Parscale said in a statement:

“Democrats and the mainstream media always scoff at claims of voter fraud, but then completely ignore evidence from across the country. The obvious reason is that Democrats are just fine with the possibility of voter fraud. And many in the media just see the world their way.”

https://twitter.com/LisaMei62/status/1248264731355471873

The Trump campaign also cited a Judicial Watch action to purge millions of ineligible voters from the rolls, and a joint project between President George W. Bush and former President Jimmy Carter that concluded mail-in ballots were “the largest source of voter fraud.”

A White House source told Breitbart News in a statement:

“Outside those in the establishment media who are more interested in attacking the President than the facts, there’s a clear consensus that universal mail-in voting would be vulnerable to fraud.”

Sound familiar?

“Those in the establishment media who are more interested in attacking the President than the facts.”

That fully describes CNN in general, and especially Jim Acosta.
