On Monday, there was a slew of protests across the country, part of A15 Action, an agreement to “identify and blockade major choke points.”
Here was the call from ProtectPalestine.org:
“GLOBAL STRIKE TOMORROW. TAKE ACTION TO DEMAND A CEASEFIRE NOW. Whether it’s autonomous or one of the organized protests, make our voices heard. NO MORE WEAPONS FOR ISRAEL. EMERGENCY AID FOR GAZA NOW. PERMANENT CEASEFIRE NOW,” the organization posted on social media.
These are not protests. This is orchestrated criminal activity growing yet again across America, intimidation tactics by a masked mob holding innocent people hostage. And I am saying that as a citizen who agrees that Congress should not be sending any more of our tax dollars to Israel, or to Ukraine, for that matter.

I would like to know if these people are equally irate over the number of Christians being persecuted. And if so, again, this is not at all the just way to do things.
But we doubt Christianity has anything to do with it. Especially when we see their masks.
The pathetic thing, perhaps, is that some of these videos don’t even show a mob. Oftentimes it’s not that many people at all, and yet life and work were shut down today for too many Americans. But small in number doesn’t mean small in intimidation. As we have seen, it sometimes doesn’t take much to shout down any form of measured, civilized opposition. Or not even opposition–these people were just trying to get their kids to school and go to work.
Fortunately, some good news has been released. Here is an example of the arrests that took place today:
The California Highway Patrol said 38 people were arrested and face a variety of charges including unlawful assembly, refusal to comply with a lawful order, unlawful stop on a bridge, resisting arrest , false imprisonment and conspiracy.
We do wonder to what extent the arrests will solve anything, of course. These small mobs can become big mobs very quickly, as we witnessed in 2020.
It is not news that the situation throughout the Middle East region continues to be tense following Iran’s somewhat soft attack on Saturday. Of course details of that attack can be found all over the internet, but as always, it is difficult to ascertain them with any reliability because of the propaganda being tossed about on both sides, not to mention here in America. Throw Congress’s call for more money for Ukraine in the mix and you have quite the mess. Still, enough details have emerged to indicate that this never seemed like a full throttle Iranian assault worthy of full scale retaliation. Of course so much remains to be seen and we will continue to observe the situation.
There are villains and infiltrated, compromised governments all over the world. This crisis is not excluded from that. It is important to consider where all the villains might lie, no matter what flag they wave.
Here, they are waving the Palestinian flag. There are places and ways to protest. There are also better ways to call for change, like prayer and fasting, but I don’t see anyone calling for that on the streets.
The Hayride‘s Jeff Sadow opined on HB 737 by Representative Kellee Dickerson (R) today, saying that we shouldn’t “be misled by the usual suspects’ disingenuous blather about ‘free speech.’” The bill prohibits a person from engaging in picketing at the residence or dwelling of an individual. While this may seem like an isolated state issue disconnected from the protests that flared up today, there is actually a very important connection that only needs 2020 as context to remind us of its legitimacy:
Understand that the political left wants to be able to intimidate who it sees as its opponents. When analyzed using logic and fact, liberalism fails to persuade as to correctness of its view of the human condition particularly compared to conservatism, so leftist activists rely much more heavily on emotive appeals. Unable to win intellectual debates, over the decades it steadily has expanded to shouting down any expression with which it disagrees, deplatforming that, and performing cancel culture.
The intimidation strategy extends from this, its methodology trying to make all aspects of life so miserable to those who refuse to submit to its orthodoxy that they surrender the public square. In essence, it operates as a form of censorship, discouraging the articulation and enactment into law or policy the ideas it opposes either by keeping out of public service those who would challenge it or causing its opponents to keep quiet with their alternatives out of fear they will be targeted if they try to resist.
Whether it be picketing or protesting, whether it be on a world-famous bridge or outside your next door neighbor’s house, it is all the same. When at its worst the Left aims to intimidate, and we must resist this in whatever way we can.
I’m sure there are more of these videos to emerge just as there have been across America for months now, including several right here in Louisiana. On the heels of this weekend’s latest story concerning the conflict between Israel and Iran is as good a time as any for us to contextualize these “protests” in the scope of the year 2020 and the ongoing invasion at the southern border. It is an election year, as everyone knows, and it is worth considering that the villains behind the scenes are stoking the fires for coming chaos once again.
It is difficult to conclude how on Earth the US intelligence apparatus didn’t know that there would be such a coordinated series of blockades being staged, two of which choked the traffic flow on two of the most important bridges in the country in San Francisco and Brooklyn. Of course, if you know that said agencies have been infiltrated with rogue elements for decades now, perhaps it is not difficult at all. Perhaps they were still shaking down parents at school meetings or investigating Traditional Latin Catholics as domestic terrorists somewhere.
It is also difficult to conclude how these people think this is doing any good whatsoever, which is why it is worth considering that all they are there for is to incite chaos and anarchy in the streets. They know no one will be sympathetic to their cause, so maybe there is actually no cause at all.
One could argue that this is all just theatre moving us toward the main event(s) sure to come in the coming months. Protests getting us primed for the protests.
And I wonder how many of those folks are and will be here because of that joke of a southern border.
Not that you need to watch this nonsense, but here are two such instances anyway, one at Chicago O’Hare Airport and one on the San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge. Many patrons were forced to leave their cars to catch their flight, and others had to simply miss it.
Did you notice the masks again?
If their goal in shutting down large sections of traffic and literally imprisoning people against their destinations is to draw attention to the innocent civilians of Palestine, they are woefully foolish on how to go about doing that. Of course if their goal is to support Hamas and other terrorist organizations, the cry against them is warranted in full. Either way, they should be treated as the criminals they are, for this obviously is not what action for true lasting change looks like, and the mob will only grow as they get more backing closer to November 5th.
May everyone named directly or referenced indirectly ask forgiveness and do penance for their sins against America and God. I fight this information war in the spirit of justice and love for the innocent, but I have been reminded of the need for mercy and prayers for our enemies. I am a sinner in need of redemption as well after all, for my sins are many. In the words of Jesus Christ himself, Lord forgive us all, for we know not what we do.
