A Texas man has been arrested after he drove more than a hour from his home in Sugar Land to The Woodlands to meet a person he believed was a 14-year-old for sex.
It was, unfortunately for Max Talmadge Lambert, a sting operation, KPRC reported.
Lambert, 62, was arrested by the Montgomery County Human Trafficking Unit and charged with online solicitation of a minor.
He was also in possession of a “felonious quantity” of methamphetamine and a prescription drug used to enhance sexual intercourse. He faces an additional charge of possession of a controlled substance.
He’s being held on bails totally $33,000.
