California-based rapper Polo G was arrested for weapons possession after cops found a gun in his Lower Manhattan hotel room, police said Thursday.
The 25-year-old “Pop Out” rapper, whose given name is Taurus Bartlett, was staying at the Dominick Hotel on Spring Street in Lower Manhattan on Wednesday when a maid cleaning his room found the pistol.
The hotel called police, who charged Polo G with weapons possession. His arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court was pending Thursday.
