There is no question former Vice President Joe Biden is the Democrat Party frontrunner for President.
Biden sits atop the polls and many pundits think he is favored to defeat Donald Trump in 2020.
But a shocking video of Joe Biden touching this woman brought back a sex scandal from his past.
Joe Biden held a campaign kickoff rally in Philadelphia.
This was the third kickoff event of Biden’s campaign.
Initially, the big story coming out of the event was the pathetically small crowd Biden drew.
When Kamala Harris launched her campaign in Oakland she drew 20,000 supporters.
Biden – in echoes of Hillary Clinton’s feeble 2016 campaign – drew just 2,000 to the event.
But that pitiful attendance was overshadowed by a video of Biden greeting his wife Jill on the stage and putting his hands on her hips only to have his wife quickly remove them from her body.

Dr. Biden’s behavior reminded everyone about how former Vice President Biden admitted he needed to learn to respect women’s personal space after his campaign was thrown off stride last month by accusations he made multiple women feel uncomfortable with his “creepy Joe” groping.
In addition, Biden still must contend with his treatment of Anita Hill during Clarence Thomas’s 1991 Supreme Court confirmation hearings.
Biden chaired the Senate Judiciary Committee at the time and harshly questioned Hill who had magically appeared out of nowhere to lob suspicious claims that Thomas sexually harassed her ten years prior.
Hill recently published a New York Times op-ed where she ripped Biden for repressing the #MeToo movement by his treatment of her.
“If the Senate Judiciary Committee, led then by Mr. Biden, had done its job and held a hearing that showed that its members understood the seriousness of sexual harassment and other forms of sexual violence, the cultural shift we saw in 2017 after #MeToo might have begun in 1991 — with the support of the government,” Hill wrote.
Hill also whined that Biden’s conduct in 1991 directly led to the Senate confirming Brett Kavanaugh and ignoring the hoax allegations made against him.
Christine Blasey Ford faced yet another Senate Judiciary Committee in 2018 considering yet another Supreme Court nominee, Judge Brett Kavanaugh, whom she had accused of sexual assault. And yet again, the process appeared to be concerned with political expediency more than with the truth.
After Dr. Blasey’s courageous testimony, many saw the callous and ham-handed approach of Senator Charles Grassley of Iowa, the committee’s chairman, as a replay of the Thomas hearings.
There is no doubt Joe Biden is the number one frontrunner in a field of 24 Democrat candidates.
Biden holds 20 and 30 point leads in some polls.
But that is largely due to 10 percent name ID and the fake news media narrative that he is “electable.”
As voters get to know the other candidates and Biden’s record becomes more well known – including his history of creepy behavior around women – his poll numbers could plummet.
We will keep you up to date on any new developments in this ongoing story.
