Robert Hur, who issued a critical report last month on Joe Biden’s mishandling of classified documents, has transitioned into private citizenship by stepping down from his position as special counsel within the DOJ. Today, he is scheduled to testify before the House Judiciary Committee concerning his report. In his report, he asserted that Biden purposefully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he himself was a private citizen. However, he advised against pursuing criminal charges, characterizing Biden as a “well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory.”
