July 20 2025 MANHATTAN, New York – Border Patrol agent shot in the face while off-duty at Fort Washington Park near the George Washington Bridge in Manhattan around midnight this morning.
Suspect fled northbound on a moped. Agent rushed to Harlem Hospital and is expected to survive, the bullet struck his left cheek.
According to early reports police are searching for two suspects on moped.
One suspect in a red shirt blue jeans another male white shirt blue jeans with a handkerchief over his mouth, fled northbound on a moped. One described as armed with gun.
