(NewsNation) — A car drove into a crowd in East Hollywood early Saturday morning, injuring at least 20 people, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
Four to five of the patients who were transported to a hospital are in critical condition, and others are either in “serious” or “fair” condition, LAFD said in a traffic alert.
The call came in around 2 a.m. local time at the 4600 block of West Monica Boulevard.
NewsNation contacted the LAFD for comment.
