I’ve been talking and listening to my sources—many deep inside the Washington power circles—and I’ve got some grim news. It looks like the U.S. is heading for full-blown involvement in a war with Iran. And it might happen sooner than any of us are ready for.
Former President Trump has made it crystal clear: the U.S. is the only nation capable of dismantling Iran’s nuclear facilities. He’s not openly committing to war just yet, but the writing is on the wall.
If you pay close attention to D.C. leaders, it feels like they’re preparing us for what’s coming. Speaker Mike Johnson isn’t exactly subtle about it.
And then came Vice President J.D. Vance with his tweet hammering Iran’s uranium enrichment. He ended with this: “I believe the president has earned some trust on this issue… he is only interested in using the American military to accomplish the American people’s goals.”
I’m inclined to believe him. As I said just yesterday, Trump has never wavered—he’s long maintained Iran should never possess nuclear weapons.
That quote dates all the way back to 2011 in his book Time to Get Tough. And it wasn’t just talk—Trump carried that stance into his presidency.
He hasn’t stopped since. His team has been trying to negotiate with Iran for months now.
In March, National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard issued a direct warning.
In May, Secretary of State Marco Rubio echoed that urgency—clear as day.
So this has been coming. Trump isn’t budging: Iran and nukes are a nonstarter.
And based on what I’m hearing from my sources, the timeline for action is looming—maybe within 48 hours.
Trump didn’t mince words in his message to Iran’s Supreme Leader either.
Here’s my take: if we’re going to get involved, we’d better hit hard—and fast.
Trump’s on that same page. This is how he defines victory.
Americans are rightly wary of another long-term conflict in the Middle East. Trump isn’t gunning for that either—he’s still leaving the door cracked open for diplomacy.
(That’s also a jab at Fed Chair Jerome Powell for refusing to lower interest rates—but we’ll unpack that another day.)
The point is: Trump isn’t part of the neocon war machine. We knew that when we voted him back in. He has a record of pulling America out of costly, pointless entanglements.
Need a refresher?
He yanked the U.S. out of the Paris Climate Agreement, UNESCO, the WHO, and the Trans-Pacific Partnership. He’s pressed NATO allies to pay their dues—at one point even threatening to leave the alliance. And just this week, our NATO ambassador reaffirmed that stance.
Trump withdrew troops from Syria, Germany, and laid the groundwork for the Afghan exit—Biden botched that one. He gutted USAID and questioned the billions funneled to the Ukraine-Russia war.
And let’s not forget—his involvement in the Middle East actually led to peace deals. The Abraham Accords ring a bell?
Bottom line: Trump doesn’t want war—but he knows we can’t ignore a threat.
Iran still chants “Death to America.” We can’t just sit around waiting for them to act on it.
And by the way, they’re dangerously close. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has been monitoring Iran’s nuclear activity for decades—and let me tell you, the red flags are everywhere.
Case in point: a report from May 31st found that 3 out of 4 Iranian sites under investigation were tied to undeclared nuclear programs.
No good reason to hide a nuclear program—unless you’re building something you shouldn’t be.
Then there’s the September 2024 report: Iran’s “breakout time”—the time needed to produce enough material for a bomb—had dropped to almost zero.
That’s not a drill.
Iran is allowed to enrich uranium for civilian energy. But this isn’t about electricity—they’re enriching to weapons-grade levels, and they’re doing it in the shadows.
No one—Democrat or Republican—has offered a real solution. So if it comes down to trusting Trump to handle it, then that’s what I’ll do.
You know who I won’t be listening to?
Whoopi Goldberg. She actually compared being a Black woman in America to being a woman in Iran.
Someone book her a one-way ticket to Tehran if she thinks it’s so tolerable.
So here we are, folks—on the brink. Trump’s message is unmistakable: Iran’s nuclear ambitions end now. With intelligence pointing to potential action within days, we’re likely going in.
His history—ditching bad deals, pressuring NATO, brokering peace—proves he’s no warmonger. But he is a man who acts when America’s interests are threatened.
The IAEA says Iran’s hiding something. And when Trump says enough is enough, we should all brace ourselves.
Let’s hope there’s still a sliver of time for diplomacy—before the bombs fall.
