The Republican National Committee (RNC) was just dealt a blow by a recent U.S. Supreme Court decision.
The Court ruled not to take on a case regarding a ballot controversy in Pennsylvania.
Had the RNC won the case, it would have prevented a “do-over” vote for those who had mail-in ballots that were deemed to be defective.

The ruling was released earlier than planned because of an “apparent software malfunction,” which publicized the decision before the Court had intended.
The case worked its way through the lower courts, with the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling 4-3 in favor of allowing the re-do on malfunctioning ballots. The ruling was issued even though current state laws forbid the counting of such ballots.
The RNC attempted to get the case considered by the Court during the election on an emergency appeal, but the justices refused due to how close to the election it was.
The case then came up on the Court’s standard docket, but the RNC found itself in the same position of having its petition rejected.
The RNC’s attorneys at Jones Day argued, “Failure to correct the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s indefensible distortion of the General Assembly’s laws would effectively do just that by sending a strong message that judicial review under the Elections and Electors Clauses is illusory. The result would directly contravene the Constitution.”
The original case was brought after Faith Genser and Frank Matis returned “naked” ballots and had their in-person ballots invalidated by the local elections board.
I honestly do not understand why this is a controversial issue, as the laws were already in place.
Why even have the laws in place if they cannot be enforced, and the courts continue to rule against existing laws to cave to liberals?
I also do not understand why the left continues to act as though voter ID laws are oppressive when we need valid identification to cash a check, buy liquor, and travel via air.
I can honestly say I do not know a single adult who does not have an ID, yet Democrats continue to push this narrative to make the GOP appear racist.
As I have stated in other reports, my solution would be to have the federal government bite off the fee for IDs as well as provide mobile units to travel around every county of every state to supply the IDs for people who do not have a means of transportation, or those who Dems insist cannot afford to travel to an ID center.
We need to take this excuse away from Democrats, and if providing free IDs can do that, it should be a no-brainer.
