US Attorney Jeanine Pirro moves to jail leftist who spit on Ed Martin after unhinged threat

Zero tolerance for soft-on-crime jurisdictions found Jeanine Pirro seeking jail time for the leftist who doubled down on her alleged assault of Ed Martin.

“You’re in the wrong court …. Come at me dawg.”

In May, Emily Gabriella Sommer had identified herself as the woman seen approaching now-U.S. Pardon Attorney Ed Martin on the streets of the nation’s capital to spit on him. Since being released without bail, the same woman unloaded in a social media tirade against Martin, prompting U.S. Attorney Pirro to seek Sommer’s detainment for allegedly violating her bond.

Reported by the Daily Wire’s Luke Rosiak, “US Attorney Jeanine Pirro has asked a D.C. judge to jail Emily Sommer, who was released without bail after spitting on Ed Martin, but allegedly violated bond by contacting Martin to threaten him and call him a ‘cracka a**, jive-turkey redneck’ on Tuesday.”

“The Defendant’s conduct demonstrates that the Defendant is unlikely to abide by any condition or combination of conditions of release. In particular, the charged assault and subsequent assaults on law enforcement officers demonstrate the Defendant’s unwillingness to abide by the law and comply with lawful authorities,” wrote Pirro. “Likewise, the Defendant’s recent X posts demonstrate a disregard for the conditions of release set by this court, which the Defendant agreed to follow less than two weeks ago.”

Sommer’s June 3 thread began with her pleading for help after asserting her “property has essentially been seized” and stating, “F*ck you, Ed… but since you’ve once again made me hostage in this city, I’ll make sure it eats you alive and spits you back out, like the felony ‘assault’ you’ve alleged, wit your punk-a**-b*tch-cuckold-neo-neo-neo-no-brained-Neanderthal (no shade to actual non-Sapiens) crack a**, jive-turkey redneck from the Midwest.”

“@EagleEdMartin you mad, bro? You got fired, and then caught a loogie to the shoulder. I don’t think that makes you any sort of ‘active’ official. You’re in the wrong court, you red-nose Rudolph stumbling bumbling alcoholic. You have quite literally no brain. Come at me dawg, let’s have a debate,” she went on. “And lmaoooooo @JudgeJeanine is the bish that took your job …. That’s gotta hurt. And she’s got so much trash talk comin her way too, don’t worry bish, you’ll get it too.”

Additionally, Pirro’s request to revoke the release of Sommer included screenshots of the repeated instances of the account attributed to Sommer taking credit for spitting on Martin before the latest public post.

Since Tuesday, her X posts have been directing users to a private Instagram page as social media users reacted with GIFs of Sommer being locked behind bars and wishing her well should she wind up incarcerated for the alleged assault. The reactions included a lack of surprise “that she threatened Ed Martin again. This is exactly the cycle that goes on in Democrat led cities. Releasing someone after a crime like that will only encourage them, that’s why we need consequences in America.”
