The Vice-Twerp of the DNC may lose his seat. Semafor via Twitchy reports:
The DNC’s credentials committee will meet virtually on May 12 to consider the challenge from Kalyn Free, a Native American attorney and party activist who lost a vice chair spot to [David] Hogg at the party’s Feb. 1 meeting.
In her complaint, shared with Semafor by a Democratic source, Free argued that she lost a “fatally flawed election that violated the DNC Charter and discriminated against three women of color candidates,” and asks for “two new vice chair elections.”
It’s not surprising. Hogg spent all of his time running down party leadership, eschewing the counsel of party superiors, and demanding that the DNC involve itself in primary fights — a huge no no, be it the DNC or RNC. The committees exist to promote party leaders for elections, not persecute party members during petty primary fights or imperil safe Democrat seats as he demanded. Of course, he once accused yours truly of “owning Congress” and supporting “child-murderers.”
Harvard Hogg wanted to use his seat as a vehicle for self-promotion, not unlike what he did with the astroturfed group March For Our Lives. Maybe he should go back to selling pillows.
